Thanks to Paul that my 2013 Sony VIAO is up and running with W10. It turns out that Sony dropped support for W10 upgrade. Paul had to get new software to make upgrade possible which I am happy to pay. Thanks.

I am a small business owner and recently spilled a soda all over my MacBook Air laptop.
In a panicked state, I called Paul Meyer, the owner, and he graciously offered to take at look at it right away.
I had previously hired Paul to resolve some internet issues I was having, and he had done a fantastic job.
Although I am ashamed to admit it, I had not backed up my files properly… and I was terrified I had lost a whole year’s worth of work! Paul was able to recover all my data and files… he even drove all the way to Anaheim just to pick up a special piece of equipment that was needed, and had my computer fixed the next day. Amazing!

Paul was great! I had a really old computer and the whole OS was super messed up. I had another computer guy take a look at it and he pretty much told me that I should just get rid of it but I just wanted to give it one more shot before I spent $ 700 on a brand new laptop. I found Paul on Unilocal and he had really good reviews so I called him and I expected him to say the same thing. So I brought it over to him on a Saturday afternoon and picked it up on a Monday AM and he fixed it! I couldn’t believe it! It runs great now!

I can’t say enough positive things about Paul and his help in fixing my home’s networking issues. He made himself available late into the evening to get us back online and worked until he was sure he got it all right, including 9 TVs, 2 computers and a printer all networked. He was professional and very patient in answering questions. He didn’t jump to conclusions, but instead took the time to examine our existing system and try to understand how it had been installed and where the problem was. He even managed to fix the connection on a Universal TV remote charger and change the batteries on a wireless keyboard in the course of doing the work – all without missing a beat. I will definitely be calling him instead of the the big electronic store for all of our computer and networking needs. I would recommend him without reservation for anyone who needs help with their network. I feel like I’ve made a major discovery and will be sharing his contact info with all my friends.

Paul helped me out when I was in quite a predicament with my computer system. He was very professional, assessed the situation, and accommodated my needs even though he was busy, in a timely manner. Paul saved us! I was very thankful to find him when our computer network went down. We are a very small company that needed help fast and he was here within a ½ hour of our distress call. (Geek Squad quoted us 5 – 7 days!) He is very knowledgeable, his technical know how beats any other tech I’ve had to use in a pinch. He is now our GO TO GUY! Very friendly and he gets the job done! He took the time to make the necessary phone calls to figure out what the problem was, turns out the brand new Verizon FIOS router was our problem. Their tech left us the day before saying it wasn’t their problem when if fact it WAS their equipment. Paul is GREAT, reasonably priced and fair and a pleasure to work with! He’s as good as it gets!!!

Paul rescued me very efficiently yesterday. I needed to install a Linux OS on an old machine I had for a work project. He not only installed the OS, but diagnosed and repaired several hardware issues. He made sure I understood how to use the system with the hardware limitations I had. I highly recommend him as he was very clear in explaining what was needed, and is very resonably priced.

Paul was fantastic to work with, so kind and patient, (yes a «computer guy» with patience). I always felt that Paul had my best interest at heart. I had Vista and it never worked well and I now had a virus…(don’t ask). Anyway Paul put Windows 7 on my computer, put all my files back and in a day and a half! I had an external drive where the USB port in it broke loose. I was terrified I had lost my data! Everything online that I looked up was going to cost me in the 200s and up. I originally was going to go to Best Buy’s Geek Squad but there were too many bad reviews and I was really cautious because silly me this was my only back up :/​[I am now going to make tons of back ups!]. I found only one review here of Paul and some on Google, I kinda thought I was taking a chance because it was an independent person but I e-​mailed him, he responded quickly and seemed honest. You could opt to have him pick up and drop off your devices (additional fee) which I did. He arrived at my home one day quickly after saying he was on his way and had it done the next afternoon. I am eternally grateful! I had so many memories on that drive I was going to cry if I lost it! Paul is honest, reachable by email, cell, txt, and provides fast & great service — at a great price! I would definitely not hesitate to use him again in the future and recommend him to others.
