We have overnight service as well– we can stay in your home from 730pm– 730am. We have experience in medication administration, subcu fluids and insulin shots. Licensed bonded insured. Member of Pet Sitters Intl. Pet CPR and first aid certified.

Pet sitting– walk, feed, play, poop patrol/​litter box scooping, change water, play, brush, bring in mail/​newspapers, trash out on trash day, lights/​blinds alternated, plants watered– whatever you need to keep your pets and home on routine. We also do daily dog walking.

History

Established in 1992.

Ally McPets Pet Sitting was started by Simone and originally had another name. It was changed to be a bit more eye catching after a few years. I came on with Simone after a few years going. Simone and I worked together to build our little business and walked A LOT of dogs. Simone decided to move to the east coast and sold Ally McPets to me. We have had years of fun and play with so many animals. Many of our clients have been with us the entire time we have been in business.

I have over 20 years experience pet sitting. I started at another company when I was 21 and then changed over to Ally McPets. I bought Ally McPets from my boss when I was 29. I love spending so much time with animals and their owners are wonderful people too!

SO happy I found Jill! I had to leave my kitty for 2 wks and have not had a lot of success w/​previous cat sitters because my cat does not come out of hiding. However, I knew as soon as I met Jill, that she is truly a cat person and that my kitty would take to her, and he did. She communicated with me while I was gone to let me know how he was doing and it made all the stress disappear. She also watered my plants and collected my mail. I can not recommend her enough!

Ally McPets is our go to pet sitter every time we are away. We have 3 challenging rescue dogs who need a lot of love, attention, and walking to prevent them from doing any damage to the house. We always request to have a sitter stay overnight. Our dogs love Crystal and Jill. They get very, very excited when they arrive. It’s obvious that our dogs are not just cared for, but also played with and cuddled while we are away. We’ve had many other pet sitters in the past, and we would consistently return home to find something damaged and stains from accidents in the house. We have hired Ally McPets over 10 times in the past several years, and always returned to happy dogs, and clean house, and no damage. We will continue to use Ally McPets for all of our future pet sitting needs.

I’ve used Jill and Ally Mcpets for so long I can’t even remember. I travel for work and my pets are my babies. Just went away for Easter weekend and used her services, she still had my key from way back, everything was perfect. Came home to happy well fed kitties, clean litterbox and Mail on the table. Can’t thank them enough for their kind care and the piece of mind alone.

I recently used Jill’s services for my two cats. I went on vacation for 7 days and knew I needed someone to help! Ally McPets is affordable and a great service! Most of the pet sitting services I found online were way expensive and more tailored to dogs, which my cats don’t need much attention. Thankfully I found Ally McPets on Unilocal!She came over every day, gave them wet food, kept the litter box clean and got my mail. It was so worth it! She also washed the dishes she used for the cat food (which I told her she could just leave everything in the sink!) and took the trash out (she also did not need to do that but I am very happy that she went above and beyond what was asked of her =D)

Jill and her team are the best! Communication is simple as Jill is quick in her responses and has has been able to accommodate all of my requests (last minute scheduling, dispensing medicines, etc). I have been using Ally McPets for over 10 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I I trust Jill and her team wholeheartedly. Jill has gone out of her way on many occasions when my cats have been sick. She is an EXPERT at giving medications and I trust her to administer the sometimes complex assortments of medications that my cats have required when we were out of town. Ally McPets is the best! My cat Billie is in old girl at age 17, so I need someone I can trust to take care of her persnickety old ways. I have been a customer for at least 14 years, so our relationship goes way back. They go above and beyond to keep our house safe while we’re away, too, by picking up the mail and taking care of our trash cans. I highly recommend Ally McPets! I’ve been using Jill for about 2 years and have always been happy. She is very prompt with booking and very patient with my last minute changes. My 16 year old cat is on a few different medications which are different depending on the time and day. He also has alot of food and digestive issues. I completely trust Jill and her team to take great care of him and my house when I’m away. The litter is always clean, mail brought in etc… In fact, my in-​laws have been at the house (they don’t feel comfortable being responsible for all the pills) when Jill has come over and they had nothing but good things to say about her. I recommend Ally McPets!

Ally Mcpets is amazing! Jill has taken care of my 2 cats, Agassi and Zoey for the past couple of years while I have been away. I was highly recommended to Jill by a friend of mine and she is the sweetest person who obviously loves all animals. Unfortunately, Agassi was diagnosed with mouth cancer and could only eat soft food, so when I had to leave town I contacted Jill to see if she would come feed him and as always, she was available when I needed her. I love coming home to happy cats, a clean litter box and my mail on the dining room table. Unfortunately Agassi has since passed away, but I still have Jill coming over to visit Zoey while I am away. I find great comfort in knowing that I can contact Jill at anytime and she is always available. She even got back to me on the day of her bridal shower!!! How amazing is that!

What can I say; we needed a cat sitter for our traveling plans and Jill and the guys of Ally McPets came to the rescue. A few days before they came saw the apartment, interacted with our kitties, took note of every single thing needed and that was it! Simple and easy, when we were gone (a week and a half) we would email them and get an answer within a couple of hours that even included pictures of our kitties happy at home. We’ve used their services twice now and couldn’t be happy.

I love Jill and Ally McPets! I travel a ton for work, sometimes at the last minute and sometimes for fun. I can call for service at any time and not worry. They always take excellent care! I have been a client of Ally McPets for more than 10 years. I have a crazy cat that both hisses and purrs at the same time– to say that she isn’t that enthused about most humans is an understatement– I am lucky to be allowed in the house!
Jill’s team take excellent care of her when I am not home. They even go the extra step when I am feeling nervous about Miss Sofie and will send me an update via text. They scoop her box, feed her and will water the plants and bring the mail in if I need.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur baby! They even won Pet Sitter of the Year a year or so ago! If you need Pet Sitting– these guys are the Best!

Extremely glad to know i can travel with my mind at ease about my cat (after not leaving her for over a year) w Ally Mcpets.
I went through 2 potential pet sitters before i landed on ally mcpets. The process with them was professional/​thrifty every step of the way. The critical slam dunk was that they have diverse experience with pets — dogs and cats (uncommon). Service and effort was beyond expectations. They (jill) even noticed our automatic cat feeder busted, notified us, and remedied the problem (on christmas day!). All this was accomplished during the busy holiday season.
*key note with these guys is that the person who does the initial visit is the same person who takes care of the pet.

Ally McPets gets 5 stars for prompt email responses and availability and 1 star for the giant mess of a peed-​on house that was left after 8 days of cat sitting that Jill did.
There was dried pee in both bathrooms, that reeked to high heaven, yet the liter boxes were both racked and the cleaning supplies were untouched on the counter. There was some sort of mess tracked all through the kitchen, in distinct, human foot print form. There was vomit on multiple surfaces. All of it dry from many days past.
I know, we only paid for one visit a day, but I was hoping that the visit would include making sure my cats were not peeing on every surface they could find.
We arrived home late last night and spent hours trying to air out the place just enough to sleep and now we are trying to replace the liter boxes and all of the bathroom rugs as well as hire a carpet cleaner to try and get our home smelling less like a cat urinal.
This is our second experience with Jill and the first time the place was a little messy, but nothing major, this time, however, is unacceptable.

Jill took care of my cats, Dante and Pepper, for 2 years before I moved away from the south bay. Pepper is an extremely shy cat, who sometimes won’t even come out of the bedroom for friends that she’s known for years. She warmed up to and trusted Jill right away, which was a huge good sign and made me feel much better about leaving both cats in her care.
I travel often (sometimes 2 – 3 times a month) for business, and never worried about a thing when leaving Jill in charge. She is reliable, responsible and always took great care of the cats as well as my house. I am a little particular when it comes to certain things, and she always exceeded my expectations. For example, she’d clean up the cat food area, would make sure everything was topped off, etc and would give the cats lots of love and attention. I could always tell the difference by how calm and relaxed they were when I got home!
When Jill wasn’t available on dates I needed service (which was rare), she always had a highly qualified alternate sitter available to step in. I had great experiences with those ladies as well. I trust Jill and Ally McPets completely and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. I was sad to lose her when I moved!
