The owner of this company was not prepared when she showed up at my house and had to return to her home to pick up several items that she forgot. Then she tried to charge me for the extra time it took her to drive all the way back and pick up her equipment and other items that she forgot. Definitely make sure you get everything in writing before they work on your yard or you will definitely be nickel and dimed for every little additional item they decide to tack on. I thought they were extremely shady several times during the day wanting to charge more than we had initially agreed upon.
The workers put back a rock wall the wrong way and it was dangerous and unbablanced. The day after they came, my handyman came to finish putting in a wood fence and couldn’t believe what they had done to my rock wall. He asked incredulously «Don’t these people take any pride in their work?» Nope, they did not. When I called to complain about it, they said they would come back but offered a poor solution to fixing it. Instead, I ended up just paying my handyman extra because he DOES take pride in his work. Honestly, I was scared to have them come back and see what further mess they would do.
As a final lovely parting gift, they left cigarette butts all over my backyard. I would not hire them again.
