Great shop everyone there is personable and know their stuff. I have been to all of shops around redmond and they beat them all. Big selection, prices are good, and the knowledge is more than any other shop. They listen to feedback and have new stuff every week or seems. Will be a regular customer even though I have to drive 20 mins to get there

Terrible experiences in this shop. New employees everytime I go in. Dealing with having to present id every time. No respect from the shop and they just expect you to be respectful. Never spending another penny at this shop even if it is right down the street. I’ll drive the distance for the service and reasonability of other places.

This place is the best! I use the ELEAF IJUST 2 vape pen. I bought the wrong pack of coils and only realized after using one of them and taking it back, and they exchanged it free of charge! The staff and owners are friendly, attentive, and they always make sure you are getting exactly what you want before you leave. I don’t work or live in Redmond, but I always make a trip out here to go to Total Vape!

This place is the go to place for all your vaping needs! If your in the greater Seattle area hit up Top Vape in Redmond. They have great service and reasonable prices! Not to mention, if you live in the area and come often they have an awesome point system through FiveStars! Come get you Vape on! Blow them clouds!

I wish I could give this place no stars but Unilocal doesn’t allow you to do that, so now the owner calls me and tries to get me to take my review off of Unilocal,claims they did everything they can even those his employee lied, we proved the problem with the joytech evic battery they said they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have the recipes even though the guy that sold it to me the day before was standing right there, I said I understand but can you at least give me a discount on the iPV 3 Li I was purchasing because I had to get a new battery and they promised I wouldn’t have the same problem with this one because they all had it and never had a problem, there response was no our manager would hang us out to dry if we did that, so I bought it full price and went on my way and said I would never be back do to poor customer service and then the very next day I had the same problem with the iPV 3 Li, took it back right after work and they claimed I had to have been touching the touch sensor, which I showed them was turned off and I never use it, so I showed them it was sticking and they finally after yelling and proving my point decided to exchange it for me after attempting to make me feel bad about having to have it exchanged, claiming «I’ll just deal with Alex yelling at me for exchanging it, it’s just something we have to deal with as associates.» That really turned me off from this store not only as a future employer but as a business in whole. If you want a good wonderful, great customer service Vape shop go to Xhale Vape off East Lake Sammamish Parkway in Issaquah and get everything from there, they even gave me a discount on having to purchase a new iPV 3 Li box mode because the second one I got from this shop was having the same problem and it wasn’t worth the hassle to have to try and go back and deal with it again, instead of paying full price they took 70.00 off for me. Now that is great customer service because I didn’t even buy the first one from them but they have dealt with Top Vape before and they know how shitty the service is.
Calling someone to try and get them to take down their customer service review from their store is wrong on so many levels, it’s rude and maybe you should fix your customer service problems so you can get more positive reviews.

These guys are on point. I have gone to various «other» vape shops in kirkland, woodinville and redmond — this is the ONLY place i’ll go to now. Great tasting bar, the absolute best (at least 25 – 30 different brands, high quality premium vapes) and they are always up on the latest in tech and products. Constantly let me know when i walk in that they have new vape lines in, and you’re encouraged to try them!
Other shops I’ve gone into — i feel like i’m walking into a porn-​shop or creepy side business supporting illegal activity in the back rooms (i.e. super dark, ZERO customer service, or they’re watching their friends rap video on a screen instead of acknowledging people).
Total Vape has helped me as i’ve upgraded from a simple pen style to box mod… love these guys, and are hoping they open more shops throughout the east side!

Good selection and good customer service. However it’s WAY overpriced. They were $ 15 more on the eLeaf iStick and $ 20 more on the Aspire Atlantis tank than prices I found for an Internet Store based 20 miles away. I brought up the high prices and they said it was for the «convenience» of having it now. You’re also not allowed to return anything unless it’s broken. And they told me it has to be PROVABLY broken. So I guess if you’re experiencing an intermittent issue that’s hard to duplicate you’re just SOL. I understand brick and mortar stores have a higher overhead, but charge a reasonable mark-​up and make-​up the difference in volume. I also suggest offering a better return policy so customers aren’t locked into something they don’t end up liking. If you offer reasonable prices and a good return policy customers will flock to your store. I’ll unfortunately never come back here due to the overpriced items and lousy return policy.

This place is great. I bought an Aspire tank and a day later it cracked. I went back and the owner replaced it for me. It was a manufacturer defect but my new one works just fine. The guys who work there are so knowledgeable and always professional. Great place and prime location.

Great Staff, really knowledgable and friendly. Perfectly average old B&M markup on prices vs online stores but you get so much more from buying in store so it’s not a con at all. My girlfriend and I are regulars here at this point and other vape stores just don’t compare.

This is my favorite vape store. I have come in 3 times and only gotten wonderful help; by 3 different people. It is cheaper then any other vape store I have been to. The only persons name I remember was Greg, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, nice, and honest. I came in overwhelmed and left happy. I am really trying to quit smoking and have had terrible problems with all my ecigs I have gotten. Greg showed me all my options and I left feeling like I got a wonderful deal. They have an awesome ejuice deal where you can get free oil with a punch card. They have tons of mouth peices, tanks, oils, etc. They even have different contests that you can enter. The only negative thing is there’s only one parking lot to park close to it and it’s shared with the old Redmond firehouse. So it sometimes is full. However, I have always found a parking spot. The parking shouldn’t reflect the business itself.
