Owner and employees are incompetent — you order something — even repeat the order and they still either forget it or get it completely wrong — Never again!

Mediocre at best. Seemed like a good spot to get some food from since it was locally owned and has numerous locations. I ended up ordering a sandwich and wings. The sandwich could easily be compared to a large hot pocket that was lacking ingredients. The wings were just run of the mill frozen fatty drumsticks tossed in some barbecue sauce. They also forgot 2 bottles of water that I ordered. Probably wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that I know.

It’s a bad sign when you walk into a pizza place and you don’t smell pizza or anything for that matter. The pizza was awful. Won’t be back.

You walk in and immediately feel as if you are in a Jay and Silent Bob movie. And nobody was there. Waited about 20 minutes and two other people came in. I should have taken that as a sign that the place didn’t do pizza well. The shack had random memorabilia that did not go well together… Like a garage sale of posters threw up on the walls. You are first greeted by a sloppy looking man who called it his pizza so I would assume he took ownership. I asked(being it was my first time there) «is the pizza any good?», expecting the usual«of course» response… But… He just stared at me and said something incoherent. A big issue I had was the logo on the box claiming that the pizza was«genuine California pizza». Being that I am from California and prefer pizza to most foods I believe this pizza is as genuine as Little Cesars. Walmart style/tasting sauce with two kinds of cheese and no I’m not talking Parmesan or Romano. Cheddar… Huh? Gooey and heavy, but I cannot overlook the generous amount of toppings(except that they will charge for a side of ranch and anything else). I’m glad I didn’t ask for plates and napkins. Nothing going for this straw hat. Price is WAY to high for the quality, service, quantity and everything else. Stay clear and don’t be disappointed. The big bad woof will huff and puff and blow this place out of business.

It really is the worst pep & sausage pizza I have ever had. I am big pizza fan and I honestly would rather go with a frozen Digorno or even a $ 1 Tostino at Walmart. I give them two as it was a friendly environment with a salad bar, all you can drink, video games, etc. I guess it works for family, but not the place to go for a good pizza.

This is a great place for lunch! You can’t beat the lunch buffet. The pizza crust is superb. Great salad bar. Love this place!

Good pizza… Lacked a little flavor? Good toppings… OK crust… Sauce needs a little more kick… Rounded up from a 3.5 for fast friendly service… Twists were good.
