PMNW Property Management Northwest

PMNW is a great company that I’ve worked with for many years. I’m an industry professional and my company uses the services of PMNW. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions for us. I don’t understand the negative reviews for PMNW on Unilocal.Pretty much all management companies have workers that are stressed or maxed and they have to prioritize tasks. I think PMNW does a great job.

OMG!!! These people are the WORST! I don’t even know where to start… They lied to the insurance company regarding a damaged condo, they paid an unlicensed contractor to do electrical and plumbing work around our complex… They paid our utility bills late and cost us over 1200.00 in late fees. They refused to respond to emails or phone calls.
When they finally quit we found out there were no audits done for 2 years, no reserve studies done for 2 years. We had an embezzlement that went through King County courts with a judgement in our favor which we were supposed to be collecting 1500.00 a month for but they weren’t collecting it.
They refused to release financial information which is required by law. The corrupt BOD of Sunset Ridge is just as much to blame but PMNW is supposed to be ethical and professional.
Our new Property Management company wasn’t able to get any documents from PMNW. There were no minutes or annual meeting notes for the 4 yrs they managed this place.
If your a condo complex looking for a management company, I sure hope you don’t choose PMNW unless you want corruption, lies, lack of communication, insurance fraud and bills to be paid late…

My experience using PMNW is with a condominium board, for property management services.
For a couple years, maybe 3 stars. The person PMNW had assigned to this particular property worked diligently at times, sporadically, but also failed to follow through several times with promises made and dropped. These multiple failures led to consequences that cost the homeowners several thousand dollars (twice) for property damage and insurance deductibles. It’s frustrating when volunteers in an association spend time helping a paid company set up a task, and then find out that company didn’t follow through. Repeatedly.
And then things went downhill. That individual left PMNW, other people at PMNW stepped in, and now we have more than a month of unanswered phone calls and emails, including urgent items involving safety and building security. As a customer my time is apparently worthless. I drove to their office to deliver a termination letter, wondering if I’d find a vacant building.
I am speaking here as an individual, not on behalf of any homeowners association.

This company is the worst property management company to handle condominium associations. They do not disclose that all the staff are family members.
