History

Established in 1982.

Donald Oliver began the practice of law in 1982 in CA, and he and Karen Duncan formed the partnership Oliver & Duncan in 1992. They moved the practice to Oregon in 1997, and both were licensed in CA and OR at that time until 2013 when Karen Duncan went inactive as a practicing attorney in both states, and Donald Oliver went inactive in CA in the year 2014. He is currently practicing only in Oregon.

Senior Partner in the law firm Oliver & Duncan. Attended University of Oregon, and graduated with a BS in Journalism in 1974. Attended Whittier College of Law, and graduated in 1982 with a Juris Doctor of Law (JD). Admitted to all Oregon State Courts, Federal U.S. District Court for Oregon, Federal 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Claims Court.
