M&M Auto Body

This company seems to be passing out business cards and notes on cars that people have hit and damaged and the calls are coming into my home for the last four weeks. I an not an auto repair company, in the business, or have anything to do with this company. But I do know if I were to need this type of service I would check it out before just calling a number that was left on my car by some unknown person. My opinion of this company has gone down after trying to contact them myself and get them to quit giving my number out. They claimed to not ever have done such a thing. Bad way to get customers to say the least. If people continue to call I will make appointments for them to bring their cars in and you can talk to these people yourselves. I would personally look elsewhere for auto repair.

This is a great shop, very nice and very fast. No BS. I have only paid cash for repairs as I don’t want to go through my insurance company for smaller items so I don’t know how efficient that process is but with cash it’s very straight for and a good price. Have have had a drivers side door panel repaired and a rear quarter panel repaired on two different cars and both times the damage was completely removed and more importantly the paint was a perfect match.

I took my 2004 Chevy MonteCarlo for a body repair and they did a really good job and finished the job earlier than expected date. They also loaned me a loaner car and Johanna is a sweet heart. She is kind and nice and does a good job in keeping you informed on the repair updates. I highly recommend them for the body repairs!!!

so i went in there to get a bumper painted, hood latch replaced, radiator support replaced, grille replaced and touch up paint for fenders and hood. after 4 weeks they hadn’t recieved the parts (bumper, grille, headlights) after 6 ½ weeks only the bumper had arrived and being painted. the paint came off after 1 week and they still need to install the grille, headlights and aim, the mesh on bumper and now repaint the whole bumper. after 7 weeks, (wich i got an estimate of 33hr job) they aren’t done and the paint quality is bad, they don’t call you back, they tell you different dates of wich your car will be done. the polishing job is horrible. they also have made promises in wich they havent owned up to. johanna says she will call you back and that she will be available until 5pm, but all is a lie. Armando who is the shop owner told that he guarrantees his work and a week later the paint came off my bumper. my automtive school could do a better job than this at a ¼ of the price. the school doesn’t accept insurance work, hence why i didn;t go with Lake Washington Technicall. the shop even scratched my car. dont ever go there and like me i learned my lesson and passing along advice to people looking at this body shop. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS AT M&M AUTO BODY. will update once job is done.
