Giggles and Grins

The place and the stuff are good, but when we had our daughter’s birthday party, the owner was mean to us all the time and made us pay additional cost even though we got out the room before the time the stuff had told us to.

We attended a party here and my daughter just loved this place. So, recently we also hosted her birthday party here. Both times we had great experience! The place is large, kids had great play time and the staff was very nice.
I think the place is not well known yet, so we had the entire venue for our group!

My daughter attended a birthday party here recently. I couldn’t believe how big the play area was. There were a lot of kids at the party but it felt really spacious. The staff were kind and helpful, the play area and facility was spotless, the party was well organized and most importantly the birthday boy and all his friends had a super time. Would definitely recommend it to friends.
UPDATE Feb 2016: Ok since my original review, we have been to Giggles and Grins for countless birthday parties and their welcoming staff, clean play area and party rooms and fun atmosphere has not waivered.
We actually had our daughters birthday party there in March 2015 and the experience was wonderful. The owner was thoughtful and very accommodating, which I was extremely grateful for. It was lovely to meet him the morning of the party too. The staff were attentive, happy and smiling, as always. I would highly recommend having a party here.
