We, here at Flourless Goodies™, love sweets, as part of a formal meal, a picnic or as a snack. We also care deeply about maintaining a healthy life. And like many of you we have been searching for a way to combine our love for sweets with our desire to maintain a healthier way of life. By way of experimenting we have learned that eliminating gluten based ingredients /products from our diet helps us feel better and more energetic. It was only natural for us to decide to offer our delicious flourless goodies to you as well.
History
Established in 2014.
Our Chef/Owner is Tamar Vered, an honors graduate of Tel-Aviv University with a B.Sc. in Biology and M.Sc. in Epidemiology. Tamar had a successful career as a clinical trials manager in the pharmaceutics industry for over 12 years, during which she was exposed to the results of not maintaining healthy life, an experience that helped her shape her beliefs.
Tamar started to expand her knowledge about the connection between dietary habits, available ingredients /foods and our health. Which led to Tamar’s decision to minimize the consumption of gluten based products in her diet.
Being an avid baker Tamar started exploring how to prepare sweet desserts without gluten. When Tamar started to receive positive feedback from friends on her flourless desserts she decided it was time to combine her passion for healthy life and baking to offer her products to everyone.
