I like Five Guys because every chain I visit has enthusiastic service and consistent quality in food. For a burger joint, it’s amazingly healthy. I like to order burgers and get literally all the veggies on it. Mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. With this burger alone, it’s hard to go home hungry. The fries are amazing for a different reason. The cajun seasoning is really good, and just getting the smallest size will net you more fries than a large order of fries from a different fast food place. The reason is, I think this may actually be a policy, after they put in the fries into the container, they will pour another carton’s worth of fries into the bag. So rest assured, this business knows how to make their customers happy and satisfied. A bunch of really nice people work here and usually there’s a good mix of families/Microsoft employees/interns here so eating here, I’d imagine most people will appreciate the vibe.

Way awesome burgers, large sizes and all the condiments to please. Patties are a good thickness. Highly recommend, altho the commercial mall joint looks like from the outside as plain as going to a Copy center. Agree w/other folks is a bit pricey, but… you get for what you pay.

Probably some of the best fried around. Sometimes we just do runs on just fries, other times we get burgers to The Cajun fries actually have a Cajun flavor with a little kick. That also don’t mix Cajun and regular.

A little expensive but overall pleasant experience. Burger was a bit dry, but the fries are surprisingly good.

Always a great burger here and the service here is great. It can get crowded at lunch so make sure you’re patient.

Maybe I should have stuck with a burger but I decided to go with the BLT. it was a big mistake. Without a doubt the worst BLT I have ever tasted. Unfortunately for me I ordered 2 of them and it was a Togo order so I couldn’t just send them back. First of all they didn’t make them with strips of bacon, they crumbled the bacon, it was so over cooked that there was no flavor left. None of the tang that you usually get from the combination of the bacon and tomato. Avoid at all costs.

A bit pricey for fast food, but it’s just the ticket when you’re looking for something hot, salty, and greasy! Delicious thick fries, and filling, custom made burgers.

So disappointed. The burger was good but not delicious. My disappointment was the fries too which is my favorite food with my burger. They were clean and the service was friendly and prompt. I was really expecting a tasty burger and fries and it just wasn’t. So sorry for the low review but will come back at a later date to try you again. Hoping it was an off day. Not recommending at this time.

I’ve visited 5 Guys in multiple locations. Consistent quality, good hot freely made food. At this location, Redmond, WA, Luis L. greeted me at the register. He’s over the top, clearly loves his job and was super helpful. The folks at the grill are keeping the food rolling while maintaining a steady stream of banter with each other. They work well together and clearly love what they are doing. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. The food was great, the fries hot, the ingredients on my burger fresh and tasty. 5 Guys is one of my favorite burgers and the Redmond, WA didn’t disappoint. As an aside, if you have a peanut allergy, 5 Guys isn’t for you. There are bags of peanuts in the seating area, people munching peanuts around you and the fries are cooked in peanut oil.

Hard to beat Five Guys burgers and fries! The cheese is always perfectly melted and creamy, while the bacon is always crispy! This particular location has cheerful and friendly employees. Sometimes my fries are lukewarm… but the taste is on point so it’s not much of a risk. Knocked a star for the inconsistent food temperature(fries mostly). Five stars when they fix that!

Yummy cheese burger. Juicy meat is better than In and out burger. Recommend to try it!

Fast friendly and good tastes great. We moved from California and I am so glad they have five guys in Washington. The food is just as great here as it is down there. It is cool to sit here and see regular patrons come on and get greeted by name. I love the friendly atmosphere!

I ate here for the first time in November. Its absolute delectable. I don’t live in this area, but a friend insisted he knew a great place to get a great burger. Oh Yah! And the fries oh my. I was stuffed when I left there. But its all good. If you have never been, make a point of it. This was an extremely clean restaurant. Thank you Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Yummy! I did a search and found I have one down the street from me. That could be trouble.

damn Damn DAMN! This is a Woohoo! As good as it gets! fo sho you know. What should I start off with? It’s Five Guy’s, as immortalized by Daym Drops in his vlog about the burgers here and how awesome they are. He was not lying at all. This place is just wayyyy too good to pass up. Whether you want a quick burger to-go or just to sit down and eat and chill with the people’s this place is the good place to go for the good times. AMBIENCE The pictures do the place justice. The typical red and white checkered pattern walls are a staple in every store that you visit. As you enter you hear the bustle, hustle of the workers. THEN, it hits you. THESMELLOFGODS. That delicious, scrumptious, godly, Five Guys burger smell. When it hits, combined with the fresh cut fries smell, you know you are in for a good treat and the goodliness. Anything far from a typical burger joint, this is a near religious experience. Take it in for what it is, and accept. FOOD It’s Burgers and Fries… but like on steroids. This place is the real deal. It is not a joke matter. In a DIY style, you choose from either a single-patty or double-patty style of burger, ranging from just a normal hamburger to a bacon cheeseburger. Then you add in all the condiments that you want. FORFREE(condiments)!! If you’re really unsure of what you want, just say, «all». ** AREYOUGLUTEN-FREE? THEYHAVEANOPTIONFORLETTUCEWRAPPEDBURGERS! Talk about catering to those individual needs! ** Fries are amazing. I recommend if you are going just by yourself you should skip breakfast. The amount of fries they give you is absolutely RIDONCULOUS. They don’t skimp out and you get your money’s worth EZ. If you don’t like spicy seasoning then don’t get the Cajun Fries option, just go with the normal fries. Either way, they are both amazing and just too nummy num num in mah belly. In addition to burgers and fries, you also get another snack choice for FREE. PEANUTS. Just simply walk up to the box containing the peanuts and get a mini container thing whatever and scoop up them peanuts and proceed to enjoy the nuts in your mouth. Drink selection is a lot. But don’t worry, just get Cherry Coke. CONCLUSIONS Just go there and get the food. Don’t think. Go. Get Money + Get Paid! GAOOUT.

Absolutely love this place and it’s affiliates. I’m gluten free and the lettuce wrapped cheeseburger is my go to meal at least once a week. Their ingredients are fresh and delicious and their service is always upbeat and friendly. Oh! The fries are to die for! Perfect and plentiful. :)

All the respect to The Pumphouse(and NOT Lunchbox Laboratory), but this the best burger in Bellevue, like many other cities across the country. If they had a bar it would be perfect, but for burgers, fries, and the very underrated hot dogs, they are pickles, jalapenos, and A-1 sauce over the top of the rest.

First impression: Written commendations from all the newspapers, Zagat type reviews, etcetera EVERYWHERE. As a result, my expectations shot through the roof, to a cloudy perch in the heavens, far away from any real burger that could have possibly made its way to my to-go bag. I expected Zeus’s hand to slowly descend from the sky and lower the burger down toward my eye level, and I expected to suddenly know what to do with my life once I bit into the patty. This is not what happened. Okay, so what really went down, in no particular order: The guys working the grill were funny and confident in a way that you get, I suppose, when your restaurant is covered ceiling to floor in glowing reviews as part of the décor. I liked their swaggering friendliness. It was memorable. I also liked their relatively unique ordering style: you determine the kind of burger you want, and all additions are free. You can order everything you possibly can put on there for the same price you would pay for whatever other, not-as-cool kind of burger. I approve of that. It just dawned on me why they have the peanuts there for you to snack on: they take a little more time than your average burger joint and so they don’t want you to get so hungry you get pissed off. They quell the bad feels with these peanuts. It is also a sneaky tactic to get people to remember the restaurant. «Hey, you remember the place that had those peanuts you can eat, for free…» I don’t have a problem with that. My burger was delicious, juicy, and I definitely see why all those people on the reviews were raving this way and that about this place: the guys here somehow have figured out how to cook bacon in such a way that the pork crunched yet retained its juices perfectly. I’m not gonna lie, the crunch and the mushrooms, duuuude. These people are GENEROUS with fries. I can also see why others rave about these — completely doused with salt and seasonings and flavor and you just keep eating and never want to stop. The American Dream, right here, folks. There are some things that could be better, I have to admit after my own glow about the place. Being spoiled about my burgers, I wish the buns and cheese were of higher quality. The burger’s messy as all get out(what do you expect?) and I really needed a moist towelette, but there was no moist towelette.(Ivars had someone go around offering these to people. I don’t need to speak further.) The music here was loud and I didn’t feel comfortable having a conversation as I would have had to shout it in order to be heard. And also, I sat at the tall table: those chairs felt more like art form than a stable device to sit on. So my verdict? This is an alright restaurant with an alright burger + generous seasoning-doused fries made by people who have some secrets about cooking bacon. No more, no less.

I only ate here once at the location, and I thought everything was fine from customizing my burger to actually eating it. All the other times I had burgers from here through my company lunch deliver. Basically, burgers and sandwiches delivered from here are«soggy». It’s so soggy it just tastes like I’m eating a bun marinated in sauces with some lukewarm beef patty in between. So no, I don’t really like it that much to get delivery order from here. On the plus side, fries are still pretty good and hot dogs are decent thanks to the sausage. But you will definitely feel super fat after eating soggy bun if you are planning to order delivery from here. So in summary it’s good to dine-in and not so much to get delivery from Five Guys.
