Rachel James, the owner of Fetch! Pet Care, believes pets do much better in environments that are familiar to them. She advocates 1:1 attention and in-​home cat boarding and dog daycare instead of being subjected to pet boarding in a Dog Kennel, Cat Kennel or pet hotel. She looks for sitters who are able and willing to provide those services for her customers, and his team’s goal is to give that same love, attention and caring to each pet in their care. We realize that our customers go through quite a lot of stress when traveling, and their pets fare no better. Imagine being stuck with 20 other pets you don’t know, in an unfamiliar location with unfamiliar people around. You don’t know where your parents are and you don’t know when or even if they’re coming back. That’s exactly why we do what we do. We help keep pets in their routine, with a familiar face so pets and pet parents don’t have to worry about Cat Boarding, Dog Daycare or anything else that’s unfamiliar.
