History

Established in 1991.

Falco Sult has grown from humble beginnings into a thriving business on the Eastside. Started in 1991, founders Chris Falco and Bruce Sult merged to form Falco Sult & Company, a non-​traditional CPA firm in the heart of downtown Redmond.

The corporate culture of Falco Sult has been «not to be accused of being a bunch of accountants.» We are known for our personal approach with clients and as business consultants that bring an expertise that positively impacts a company’s bottom line. Humor is an unlikely feature of a firm’s character, but for our firm, it is a defining feature. It gives way to hosting a positive and friendly work environment, both for clients and staff.

Bruce S.

Business Owner

Bruce is the founding partner and principal with Falco Sult & Company, P. S. His practice encompasses a broad range of tax planning, tax compliance and consulting on financial and business matters for closely held businesses.

Bruce’s clients cover a wide range of industries including, real estate development and management, construction, product distribution, manufacturing and professional services.

In addition to his undergraduate work at Western Washington University where he received his bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration, Bruce holds a Master of Science in taxation from Golden Gate University. Bruce is also a Registered Investment Advisor and holds a Series 7 and insurance licenses.
