I have resisted coming to this restaurant for quite a while. The reason being is the reviews were bad from several years ago. But lately I’ve noticed more and more people on the lovely deck.
My daughter and I went there for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious. The service was very attentive. In the remodeling job they’ve done on the inside is fabulous.
I would highly recommend the Ranchero burger. Their french fries are scrumptious too.

Great food !!! Awesome beer prices …6 stars !!! Bacon blue burger is better than sex !!! happy hour is buy far the best in town and great friendly bartenders (dawn) is the best… if sports beer, great food and good times and friends is what your looking for come here. The owner is a great guy and works his tail off 12 – 14 hrs a day .that says a lot about how it runs … Awesome patio if your looking for outdoor seating. Kid friendly !!!

I have to give the owner, Eric, and his staff a huge shout-​out as they’ve taken over the number 1 restaurant in Redmond spot in my book. I am totally blown-​away by the quality of the food they’re putting out these days. A $ 3 happy hour salad blew my mind for it’s freshness and how many goodies were on it. I don’t know the story with their Honey Mustard Dressing but dang was it delicious… ditto for the croutons. If a restaurant can get the little things right, you know the big things are going to be spot-​on. Happy hour is a heck of a bargain but the rest of their menu is competitive price-​wise with food trucks. I totally recommend giving them a try — and, ask to meet the owner, he’s a heck of guy (a local!) who has poured his heart & soul into the place.

Good: if you have 3 hours to waste on waiting for your food that is well good, not amazing but good. People are nice but damn does it take forever… The answer YES!

Great food but painfully slow service. 15 min to take our order (almost left) and 40 min for food. Staff seemed scattered all over and we had to ask several different people for water, coffee and even silverware. The only reason for 3 stars was the good food. Would have been one without that. Would likely pass in the future…

Not a lot of nice options in Redmond… however E is one of them. Friendly staff, great drinks and I love the menu… might I suggest the Best Sliders in town.

I wanted to grab a bite before flying out, so I thought I’d give this place a shot. I was glad I did. The restaurant seemed nice, but I decided to take in some sun on the freshly stained and newly furnished deck. I had a nicely done Eggs Benedict and a bloody Mary– which had too much garlic powder. The server was learning and very attentive, and for that she got an extra star. I’m not sure about some of the bad reviews. I thought this place was okay.

This place has excellent food and really good service! I was hesitant to try it out since they didn’t have 5 stars but a friend suggested we go here and I’m so glad we did! I got the chopped chicken salad and it was amazing! It had marionberry balsamic vinaigrette and goat cheese! They said they make everything fresh and you can tell! The quality was good and we will definitely be coming back here! They even have $ 5 pitchers of beer before 5pm! My New favorite place!

I had the EBG clubhouse sandwich add cheese. It was pretty darn good! The breakfast is usually a home run, seriously the home style potatoes are fab, and I’ve never had anything other than breakfast. I’m certainly glad I tried it for lunch! Only 2 complaints, the bread was pretty saturated with butter (not soggy though just very buttery) and there was almost too much avocado that it messed with the texture of the sandwich. I never thought I’d complain in my life about too much butter or avocado, but there’s a first time for everything. Still a great lunch because I finished it off. And the fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned and the bartender was very friendly. Not sure why this place doesn’t have more business!

Great food, family environment, fun music. Breakfast (weekends only) is DELISH! Cost is pretty average, but you get a lot for your money. We’ve eaten here for every meal of the day and try something different each time. Everything has been full of flavor and good sized portions. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. We’ve never had a bad experience here and we will continue to come back!

I like this place… went there with a bunch of friends we were seated right away. everyone we were with ordered the fish and chips. they were GREAT.. It’s a nice casual place to score some fish and chips. my frys were crunchy and I like that. fish was flaky and white I like that too.

Happy Valentines Day! Great breakfast and our waitress Dawn was awesome! can’t wait to try the happy hour menu and the dinner menu! The ambiance was really nice. Oh yeah, their mimosas are yummy! We’ll be back! Thank you!

Impressive place! Went for happy hour to watch some hockey and check it out. Staff was wonderfully awesome and friendly. Happy hour menu was big and our food was so damn delicious. Had Halibut Nuggets (which were fresh and much larger than we expected) and the Calamari. Mmmm mmm good! We definitely will be frequenting E Bar Grill to explore the rest of the menu, have some cocktails and watch some sports!
Liked it! Loved it! Gotta have some more of it!

My family and I came up to central Oregon to visit with family for thanksgiving. We were looking for a place to grab a burger and heard some good things about this place. Upon arriving we were greeted by a lackluster elderly man who showed no enthusiasm. There was only one other table sitting for lunch at 1 in the afternoon so I expected prompt service but that was the opposite of what we got. We sat for 15 minutes before the same guy came and took our drink order. The burger was nothing special, I could have made it at home. The fries were nice and crunchy and I appreciated that they brought the kids meals out first.

The food is presented beautifully and EVERYTHING is made in house. From the dressings to the desserts! The pizza is awesome, the seafood is wonderful, burgers are great, steaks and ribs and salads and everything in between. Great stop for a family with a lot of different palates to please! I will be coming here often.

Amazing breakfast. I had the corn beef hash with eggs potatoes with hollandaise sauce and my husband had the Mexican omelet and they were both great! I have been here for dinner as well and it’s delicious. The service was great as well. We will be back for sure!

In trying to find a new breakfast place in our new hometown, Redmond, OR we drove by the E Bar & Grill. We had not thought of this place because we viewed it as a bar. Surprise they have great breakfasts! In addition you can have a morning drink… ie…a mimosa, bloody mary. I loved that my potatoes were crispy and I had a new dish, baked eggs that were delightful. The sad part is that they are only open for breakfast, Sat. and Sun. at 9:00.

We are new in town, and thought we would try this place for Father’s Day. It was practically empty, which should have been our first clue.
The waiter was nice enough (kind of awkward), but the food took forever to arrive.
My husband had fish & chips which weren’t bad. I had the Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. This was the strangest grilled chicken I have ever seen and decided not to eat it (it was dark and chewy — yuck).
The pizza was okay — nothing special.
I agree with the others that this place doesn’t know what it wants to be. The sign outside makes it look upscale, and the entrance does too. But the tables are a more old school coffee shop feel. eBar Grill has potential, but I hope they realize it before people are scared to come back.
I don’t believe we will be coming back… very sad.

After reading so many mixed reviews, my husband and I went to E Bar with much hesitation. The first two visits offered well prepared food and mixed service levels. Everything was good enough to get us to return a third time.
On our third and last visit we decided this place was not really worth returning to. My burger was ordered medium, and was served well done, almost burnt. The outside rim of the burger was so over cooked and tough that I could not eat those parts. That is a huge pet peeve of mine. Don’t ask me how I want my burger prepared if you cannot follow through.
My second pet peeve is inconsistency. Over our three visits, we experienced various levels of food quality/​preparation and various levels of service. We had one server who was a seasoned pro and made our visit memorable. But we also had a few awkward servers who made our interactions pretty cringe worthy.
They have kinks to work out and training/​coaching opportunities. I can’t tell you what to expect because this place is a mixed bag of excellence and inexperience.

They set up a large party for me (25 adults +kids) in just over a day.
The service was spectacular, from the person who called to make sure our tables had enough seats & high chairs to the waitstaff and especially our waitress, yes one waitress for our group. She was attentive, funny and earned every bit of her tip (too often in Redmond our group has met the server who knows they are getting the mandatory gratuity for lrg parties and gives no effort)
The food was good, and arrived quickly considering the party size, I Had a crusted chicken. Everyone around me enjoyed their meals as well.
The only complaint was one gal ordered a burger with no cheese (severely lactose intolerant) the burger arrived with cheese and when she pointed out the mistake the kitchen scraped off the cheese (there was obviously still some there) and sent it back out :(
We will absolutely be back & hope for the same awesome waitress!
