I can’t say enough nice things about the crew that installed my truck tires. Roberto was great professional and courteous. I watched them put the tires on the truck they all worked together as a flawless team helping one another and jumping in where needed. When Roberto wasn’t at the front desk he was out in the shop helping installing tires. They even let me check my own brake pads. Auto shops could learn alot by how to work together as a team by watching that crew. amazing group of guys

Got free tire repair. I mean who does that in USA? Plus free tire inspection. Really impressed.

Took my 1 week old car with a flat tire and got an exceptional service. Staff (Joe) was very courteous and fixed it for free (Thank You!). I am definitely going back here for all my tire needs!!!

I had quite the experience with these guys. Came in got a price quote for my wheels and tires and they had to order in the wheels. No big deal they said it would take about 3 days. So went home thought about it. Went in on a Saturday to purchase them and get the process started. They told me they would put the order for the wheels through on Monday. Makes sense. The distributing company told them they were shipping from California and it would take about 4 – 5 days. So expected the Thursday or Friday of that week. Okay that’s fine. Well Thursday comes around I call cause I hadn’t heard anything yet. They call the distributing company and they say no there shipping from Texas they won’t be there till early next week. By this time I’m getting irritated, they apologized and gave me a discount. So Tuesday comes around still haven’t heard anything. Call them again find out what’s going on. They were expecting them. So they called the company again. Now there not suppose to be here till Thursday or Friday. I’m pretty irritated again. The gentleman on the phone apologized and reassured me that he was going to file a complaint to the distributing factory and he gave me another discount. Needless to say I am appreciative of all they had to do for me and the discounts. Tires and wheels aren’t cheap so every dollar counts Every time I call they were very nice and caring. Even with this I will be returning for my next set of tires.

Broken trust :(
I initially just wanted the tire pressure checked (for Free) and they said I needed the front tires replaced as it has been low on thread, so I did. Next day my second car I also had it checked and sure enough this time ALL 4 of my tires needed replacement. So for the safety of my family I did.
After spending almost $ 1,000.00 for the 6 tires the front desk mentioned that my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System is broken on two tires!!! RIght front and Left Rear! To be fair before we came in the Redmond DIscount tire shop TPMS is already alarming in my dashboard. And Devin K. the sales representative said it can be fixed in 15 minutes for $ 60.00 each! I said I will think about it. I know they work fast but 15 minutes is way too fast.
I sensed they were trying to pull off a fast one on me. Luckily I had my car scheduled for alignment on a different shop (Tru-​LIne) and when they checked it they said the TPMS is fine its just the spare tire that was deflated and needed air and the alarm is gone.
Long story short, what grinds me is that after having gotten my trust ($ 1,000 of 6 tires) they ruined their reputation for $ 60 extra … this is sad and I really hope that fellow Unilocalers don’t fall in this trap. Please be careful and be aware.

These guys do me right every time I come in! Whether it’s a simple tire check, rotation, or I need new tires, they give straight up advice and solve my issues quickly and at a good price!

I had gotten a nail puncture in my tire on my Hyundai Veracruz all-​wheel drive. I had originally taken the car to Firestone (it was a Sunday and they were the only place open). Firestone told me they could NOT repair the tire and that since it was an all wheel drive car, I’d have to replace all the tires to the tune of $ 900!
So I decided to shop around, and I stumbled upon Discount Tire in Redmond, WA. They had the tires I was looking for and total installed price would have only been $ 565.
Better yet, when I arrived at Discount Tire, I asked the associate (Devan — very nice and helpful guy), if he wouldn’t mind double-​checking the tire to see if it was, in fact, non-​repairable.
Not only could the tire be repaired, Discount Tire doesn’t charge for repairs. I also had Devan do a tire rotation on the car and they don’t charge for this either!
I can’t express how happy I was going from potentially shelling out $ 900 to having to pay nothing to get my tire fixed.
Not only that, the store itself was exceptionally clean, service was great (again — thank you Devan) and they were super quick. I was in and out of there in under an hour.
I highly recommend Redmond Discount Tire and sure enough when I do need tires, I’ll be buying them here.

I came into Discount Tire early on a weekday morning after blowing out my tire the night before. Although they were pretty busy that morning, I was helped right away by Eric. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn’t want, and was given a lot of options for a replacement tire. Although they said it would take 30 minutes for my car to be serviced, I was in and out in fewer than 20, and the lobby had coffee. This is probably one of the best car service experiences I’ve ever had – quick, painless, reasonably priced, and most important, friendly.

Visit 1: My dealer said tires have fully worn out and tried to scare me into buying new tires from them. I went to DT for an inspection and they have me an honest opinion. Didn’t try and push me into buying new tires rightaway.
Visit 2: I decided to buy new tires. Costco had the lowest price and DT had a cashback promotion going on. I mentioned this and they matched the lowest price + their promotion = sweet deal. Mentioned the extra coverage but didn’t push for it. Even though i went in without appointment on a busy day, they accommodated me and installed new tires within an hour and half. And free rotations for life.

This is my new favorite tire store! Nate was knowledgeable and efficient. Helped me into a better tire than I had planned on with good pricing and quick service. The shop was clean, organized and even the coffee was pretty good. No hidden surprises as the price was agreed on up front.

Less than 24 hour turn around — called on Wednesday to see if they had a set of the tires I wanted. Eric said he’d get them from their local warehouse, no problem. I brought in my car Thursday during lunch, and I didn’t even have time to go finish lunch before I got a phone call telling me the car was all set and ready to go!
Great experience, friendly staff that doesn’t push very hard on the extra coverage options they have. Will definitely be coming by this location for all of my rotations, etc.

Super fast and friendly. In and out in 25 mins without an appointment, and they even cleaned my rims. To be fair it was pretty dead when I got there so they had lots of capacity, but the rating reflects the really friendly office manager who while I was in helped a little girl get her lost coat back, joked with the tire crew and gave me a discount on a second pair of tires when it turned out all 4 needed replacement. Office was very clean and with free bottled water and coffee. Very positive experience.

An update — still 5 stars. Last week, I noticed that one of the tires on my other car had some damage to the sidewall. These were tires which came on it when I bought the car. The damage looked to be more than just a scuff so I wanted to get it checked out. Nate came out, took a look at it, and didn’t think it was anything to worry about. He offered to take the tire of the wheel and further inspect it but I didn’t have time to wait for that. So I made an appointment for the following Monday evening.
I rolled in there a few minutes before my appointment and they were pretty busy. But they honored the timing and started working on my car shortly after I checked in. The assistant manager, Austin, pulled the tire off and confirmed there wasn’t any real damage so it was nothing to worry about. When he put the tire back on the wheel, he found it was slightly out of balance (unsurprisingly because of the dismount). So I asked him to check the balance on all my tires while he was at it. Austin was happy to oblige.
After he was done, another guy handed me my keys and said «have a nice evening». I expected to have to pay for the service because these were tires I hadn’t bought from them. But they wound up doing all of this work for no charge!
Man, these guys are great!

Must write again as this store and it’s people have really gone over the top for me. After several careful road force balance jobs on my 1949 Lincoln Cosmopolitan Town Sedan, (no charge I might add), I was still experiencing a vibration at freeway speeds. They allowed me to return the BF Goodrich tires I had purchased some time ago, (With tire warranty), and put on a new set of Cooper Cobra’s. It only cost me for the additional tire warranty on the new tires and some tax on the difference, $ 80.00 out the door and I am very pleased to say the car is free of vibration at freeway speeds at this time. Drove about 130 miles last weekend, most was freeway and all of it was very smooth, thank you all for resolving this.

One of my tire is alarmed that pressure is low. Discount tire take nearly 45mins to check and fix it for me. It is unbelievable that it is free completely. I appreciate you very much.

I am a huge fan. These guys are great. Drop my car off to get my tires rotated on a regular basis. Can’t beat free! They are friendly and get things done quick and right. Might be my new tire store, sorry Les…

I had a poor experience with the Redmond Washington Discount tires location.
I bought winter tires last year at this location.
I specifically asked the sales guys if I could my existing tires back on I want to take them home. The sales guys said no problem, they bagged them up and sent me home with them.
Now that winter is over I setup an appointment to swap my winter tires with my normal tires. The sales guy today looked at the tires I brought back in and informed me that he couldn’t safely put these back on the car.
Now I am stuck with 4 tires that were never able to be put back on my car by the Discount Tire company, and I will have to likely dispose of these at an additional expense to me.
This was a very poor customer experience. I do not plan to visit this tire location again, there are plenty in Redmond/​Kirkland/​Bellevue that provide a great service. I’ve never had issues with the Redmond Tire Factory

I just had the best service with the Redmond Discount Tire. I just bought a new Mustang GT and needed tires for some custom aftermarket wheels. I shopped around at Costco, Tire Rack, you name it… Discount Tire beats them all! The shop is very professional. I met the manager and corporate manager each were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!

I had a problem with my Tires and the Assistant Manager, took care of the problems, ASAP and was super. Then one of my left lugs threads had a problem, after Firestone took off. They tried charging me over $ 400.00, discount took care of the problem and even gave me (16) brand new lugs nuts, at no charge. I don’t think, I could be more satisfied. Wonderful customer service.

We have five cars and every one of them has tires from Discount on them. They will always give you the best deal they can (ask if there are any other discounts they can give you hint hint). The other tire places say they have the best prices, but Discount REALLY does.
And the location is not as crowded as some of the others! Go here, you won’t be disappointed

It’s nice to walk into a business that has not been corrupted with ways to overcharge customers with things they don’t need. I was helped quickly and was delivered excellent customer service! I would recommend calling ahead for an appt!
