They found the perfect tutors for my kids! I have to say the corporate structure is a bit unyeilding. If you sign up for 8 sessions a month, you must use those that month regardless of circumstances. Last month we were on spring break and our tutor had to reschedule so I ended up with a few extra sessions that I had to squeeze in or forfit. Typically I go one session a month without using it. Club Z keeps the money but does not pay the tutor. The price is reasonable ($ 36−38/month). I did get a strange email today threatening me with up to $ 2500 in damages if I solicited the tutor to work directly for me (which I haven’t), which I felt a strange customer service outreach…
Overall I think the tutors are great.
