History

Established in 2004.

Clownbuggie started in 2004 because of a broken juggling ball, and a childhood dream. We began with Hospital clowning, and Birthday parties. Because of the demand, we added Corporate Picnics. Starting with a couple Entertainers doing some Magic, Face painting, and Balloons. We have grown over the years adding Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Snocone, Airbrush, Spin Art, Games, Elves, Santa Suits and of course, the Easter Bunny!

We have built the business to where if you don’t book early for your Corporate event, you may end up wanting to change your date just to accommodate Clownbuggie. We love what we do!

As a young girl, I dreamed of having my own backyard carnival with Games, Cotton Candy, Balloon Creations, Face Painting and a Clown.

When I started Clownbuggie Entertainment in 2004, my dream came true!

Whether it’s a Birthday party, Company Party/​Picnic, City Event or Grand Opening, when you hire Clownbuggie Entertainment, you get the Best!

I work with you in getting the best bang for your buck, as well as making sure you have what you need to make your event a success.

Recently had a Birthday Party with 50 kids of mixed age group from 3 to 8 year old in a park. Julie and her team did a great job in keeping the kids engaged throughout the party. The kids enjoyed the Magic show. They set up 3 different stations for Spin Art, Balloons and the Candy game. The kids loved that. The Dodge ball game at the end was a big hit. Julie is very prompt in responding to emails and requests. Her team was very friendly. They showed up right on time. The Balloon art was Super!

We hired Julie from ClownBuggie recently for our daughter’s adoption party. The kids all LOVED Julie and she was the highlight of the party! She does amazing face painting, way above and beyond your average face painting that you see at fairs and carnivals. The kids were all completely mesmerized by her magic show and balloon-​making (which was amazing). She had over 40 kids all sitting nicely together, completely transfixed on what she was doing. I would highly recommend her, it will be the best money you spend on your party!

I have hired clownbuggie for 2 birthdays and they far exceeded my expectations. The children were engaged throughout the entire magic show and were in complete awe as they watched her balloon creations come to life. The highlight for our party was by far clownbuggie entertainment. They really did a great job making each a party a success. The children who attended still talk about how ‘cool’ and fun the party was. Clownbuggie Entertainment made a lasting impression on these children. ‘Beep Beep’ was incredible with the kids, my kids have requested her back for future parties.

Clown buggie Entertainment is the best!!!
We hired Glitter bug as entertainer for our son’s 1st birthday party last week. She is absolutely blew us all away great Is an understatement.
For her rates you wouldn’t expect her to be as great as she really is. She had the munchkins at my party running around looking like the actual spider man, lion, princess, anything they may have wanted. She actually love what she does and her goal was just to make the children happy.
I absolutely will be using Clown buggie again and so will my friends and family. I highly recommend Them not only for face painting but she did excellent balloon twisting, kids & their parents also enjoyed a lot!!! THANK you again Glitter bug you were amazing and your wonderful personality and generosity was a plus keep up the great work.

I hired Clownbuggie for my son’s birthday party. We had over 20+ kids aged 6 months to 8years old and Glitterbug handled all the kids equally well. Her face painting was a huge hit, her show engaged all the kids and her balloon artistry was awesome and hilarious. My boys played with the balloon animals she made for them days after the event. My son loved having her at his birthday. Thank you Glitterbug!

I can not speak highly enough of Julie! She is very responsive through email and gets back to you immediately. She does a wonderful job with the balloon animals and very creative with face painting. Many parents were not expecting much with the face painting because its a kids party but they were so surprised how detailed the painting was. Julie was here for two hours and everything flowed so nicely and every kid got some personal attention and left very happy! I can not say enough amazing things about Julie and Clownbuggie, definitely do not hesitate to book her for your next child’s party! You will not be disappointed!

We recently booked Glitterbug for my daughters 1st birthday at the Edmonds Yacht Club. Glitterbug was amazing with the kids. We had about 50 kids and she attended to all of them. She even did the Happy dance for everyone. All our guests really liked her and she was very entertaining. We definitely would recommend her to everyone else and have already recommended her to friends!

I had made a reservation for my LO’s birthday. Half the kids were under 3 and the other half were under 7. Julie returned calls promptly, put us on the schedule, called me a few days ahead of the event and confirmed everything. Susan was the entertainer who showed up. She arrived early to setup. She was great with the kids making balloon art for all the kids and even balloon bracelets for my sis, mom and cousin! :) there was tons of face painting. She came dressed in a simple outfit because I had requested no clown outfits. She checked in with me midway through the event and we decided that we should skip the show and continue face painting. I highly recommend them!

Hired for a couple of hours for our daughter’s first birthday party. Did both face painting and balloon making. We were all impressed with the beautiful face painting (it’s for a kid’s party — I honestly didn’t expect much other than to simply entertain and keep kids busy), I wanted one on my face — lol. Ballons were fantastic and really fun.
Would definitely hire again for future parties. On time, professional, and very talented.

Oh my goodness, Clownbuggie and Julie are the ABSOLUTE BEST in this area! We’ve used other clown-​look-​a-​likes in the past but they didn’t even come close to the value of Clownbuggie! Their prices were significantly less than their competitor and the quality of their work was hands down, the best I’ve seen. We hired them to do facepaint, temporary tattoos (for both kinds and adults), sno-​cones, cotton candy, popcorn, balloon animals, and countless other things. We knew we were in great hands when Julie showed up in her little bug, ready to work. They had the BEST sno-​cones in the world (try them and you’ll know we’re telling the truth!) and their balloon art was the best I’ve ever seen! We’re not talking about dogs and cat’s here, we had full on hats, flowers, and amazing things that look like it took forever to make, but they cranked out in just a few minutes! Julie recommended some other amazing vendors and everyone she recommended was amazing. Julie is absolutely the best and we will use her again, again, and again for any and every event that we have!

What an amazing experience! Our venue recommended ClownBuggie to us, saying their face painting is the best they have seen. Upon contacting ClownBuggie, not only was Julie personable and professional, she also offered suggestions for other vendors. Between her FANTASTIC pricing and her recommendations, we save a substantial amount of money for our event. She and her team were flexible and thorough.
For our event we had face painting, temporary tattoos, a bubble stand, cotton candy, popcorn, sno cones, balloon twister, spin art and they staffed two give-​a-​way tables for us. The temporary tattoos were HUGELY popular as well as the face painting — very professional. The balloon animals were the best we’ve had at our events (we’ve had two different vendors previously).
Julie and team were great partners and were as invested in the success of our event as we were. I cannot recommend ClownBuggie enough. When you do book them, I suggest running through your event with Julie and taking her up on the suggestions she offers for both vendors and activities. She and her team are very knowledgeable and know what people want to see at events.

We had Clownbuggie for our daughter’s 4th birthday and can say it was the best idea that my wife could have come up with! Julie is absolutely fantastic and we had 18 kids here. She had them all in the palm of her hands. The face painting was AWESOME along with the magic show and other activities. She also brings goody bags for all the kids which they loved. The prices were very fair for what we got.
