Big 5 Sporting Goods

Night and day difference in customer service from what I experienced at SE 82^nd and Foster location in Portland.
The staff at the Big 5 in Redmond were helpful and friendly. I went to exchange my sunglasses that I had bought from the Portland location earlier on the week.
Right when I walked in was greeted promptly. Asked how I can be helped and Beverly showed me several sunglasses and offered different suggestions. After I selected what I wanted, Chris the manager looked up the price of what I had bought earlier in the week as I had forgotten my receipt at home.
Walking up to the cash register another lady working also said hi.
Very impressed with their service and from now on I will buy anything I need from Big 5 at this location as I am in Bend/​Redmond area once a month.
Way to represent Beverly and Chris. Maybe the staff in the SE Portland location can learn from you guys what good customer service is!
