Graduated from New York College of Podiatric Medicine, one of the oldest and most respected podiatric schools in the U.S. There they had a chance to work in the largest podiatric clinic in the world during their studies. After graduating NYCPM, the Barlams completed a two-​year podiatric residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in New York where they were exposed to a wide variety of podiatric conditions and treatments. I couldn’t even get in to receive treatment! I made appointments for the Everett clinic 3 times and they kept canceling me at the last minute, stating they had equipment problems. Each time they said I could go to the Redmond clinic, which is 45 minutes from where I live. I finally made an appointment for the Redmond clinic since I was getting close to the expiration date. Then I went on line to verify their address and found all these terrible reviews. I’m so glad I did! I called Amazon to request a refund based on my bad experiences. No problem.

Since my previous review I have received a bill dated 09/​10/​2014 and a letter from a collection agency dated 10/​02/​2014 not even 30 days! These people are a bunch of crooks. Be warned!

Terrible service. They have a constant turnover and the receptionists either can’t understand what you’re talking about or don’t care, perhaps both. Nice doctors, but nothing impressive. Overall feel of this place is bad. Try the Swedish foot/​ankle clinic, it’s not great but much better.

Went here with my mother after she was referred here from her normal doctor. Nobody spoke English, were rude, no places to sit and a vacuum in the doctors office? What?! Nobody seems to clean up around here. However the doctor was intelligent and took good care of my mother.

This is the biggest scam and rip off business. They were to laser treatment my two toes for about $ 200 and said to come back in a couple of months for a follow up. They wanted another $ 300 plus to do it again. It did nothing and they would not back up their work. Big SCAM!!!

Run, do not walk away from this clinic. I also used a coupon for lazer treatment. The result is, after 5 treatments (more money) 1 shoe sterilization machine ($ 100) and many tubes of anti-​fungus cream, my fungus is not better but worse and now has spread. The next suggestion was surgery to remove my nail and more lazer $$$. I don’t think so. Trying to get a prescription refill was also a chore, very unhelpful staff.

Long story short: They created a big problem on my foot, and the receptionist dismissively, rudely, and repeatedly denied my request for another appointment because they were going on (an unannounced) vacation soon. My foot was becoming infected due to their treatment and there could have been a serious problem if I had not found another podiatrist to clean up the damage.
The full story:
They used the Pinpoint laser on my foot to remove a (deep) wart. The laser is supposed to create a blister deep under the skin, and the blister pushes the wart/​virus out.
On my first appointment (and Pinpoint lasering), nothing happened. On my second appointment, they applied the Pinpoint laser prolifically. For the next several days, there was an open, bleeding, and painful blister there. I called and told the receptionist what was happening. She interrupted me partway through and said:
Her: You can’t get an appointment. We’re all leaving in a few days for a 2-​week vacation.
Me: Ok, what’s the earliest I can get in?
Her: 3 weeks from now.
Me: Well, my foot is bleeding and painful because of your treatment. Can’t I get an appointment in the next few days –before– you go on vacat…
Her: NO. We are not scheduling appointments until we get back.
Me: What am I supposed to do about my foot?
Her: Come visit us in 3 weeks.
Thankfully, I visited another podiatrist immediately. There was a deep, compacted blood clot forming, and those can easily get infected and cause serious problems. The new podiatrist cleaned out the wound, prescribed antibacterial cream, gave me a ton of bandaids, and left me with clear instructions on how to clean it every day until it heals.
My strong recommendation is to avoid this clinic like the plague.

Had this treatment done almost a year ago. Went in with a coupon for the first treatment and told I would need two treatments so ponied up the extra money for a second treatment. Now almost a year later, my toenails are even worse than before. Don’t waste your money.

Before going to this clinic for Pinpoint laser you might want to read Consumer Reports review on Pinpoint laser. I spent $ 1150.00 for fungus on one nail and it did not work.
