Adrianne’s Housekeeping does a fantastic job. I’ve used them for about 2 ½ months and will continue to use them. I found them through Unilocal so I thought I should leave a review so that others could do the same. The quote process was smooth and the customer service is great. I love that they send a confirmation email the day before they come, each time. On their first visit my husband was home sick so it was nice that I was able to warn them. The first visit was a deep clean and with 3 dogs and carpets, our house needed it. Since then they come back every other week and keep my house looking perfect. I look forward to coming home after they’ve done their work. It’s like Christmas every other Thursday. Payment is simple too, they automatically charge your card the next day.
Adrianne’s does the best work in town. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a complicated first experience with them. The first time they came to my apartment, the manager immediately called me afterwards and let me know that there was a problem with a bleach stain on the carpet but told me to not worry and that any fixes would be covered by them. I was shocked but calmed down quickly as I felt he was handling this very professionally, even before I went home to find any stain. As promised they did cover the fixes and I was impressed by how well they cleaned my apartment. It’s understandable accidents happen now and then but I’ll definitely call them again as I now know how reliable they’re.

Didn’t think my house could be cleaner! After 13 years of military service and a mild case of OCD, I’d say I do a pretty good job of cleaning up after myself. The cleaners at Adrianne’s found quite a few places that I had missed. They made my brand new blinds shine, they scrubbed out all the grouting in my bathroom, they dusted all the moulding, etc. Needless to say, when I got home I was shocked. I highly recommend them. Did I mention the quality of their customer service? This is how all companies should be run.

Their customer service is great. Very responsive. Both on the phone or via email! That arena deserves 5 stars. I’ve even been the recipient of a loyal customer credit of 1 hour already! Honestly, that was a very nice treat. The needs improvement: they always ask if there’s anything to add for the day’s notes. Typically, I have something…“Can you clean around my skylights”. I’ve asked for other stuff too. Unfortunately, I’ve had to ask a few times in order for «it» to get done. Frustrating as a customer. All-​in-​all, they do a fine job AND they put up with my 2 big dogs that like to bark. I just have to stay on top of some things, as I believe you would with ANY housekeeping service. So, if you’re an Eastsider and have pets, give Adrianne’s a try!

I hired Adrianne’s Housekeeping for a move in cleaning because of all the positive Unilocal reviews. Oh my gosh, Team Two deserves six stars! My delightful experience with this team is a bit lengthy but is worth, minimally, a scan through.
The three friendly and professional women with funny personalities arrived and promptly began cleaning my condo. (I’ll tell you about the enthusiasm each women possessed further down.) As I was cleaning and unpacking boxes, I enjoyed hearing the sporadic light chattering and laughing while they continually cleaned. Their happiness tells me these women have an employer that treats them well and is reflected in their work. Every now and then, when an area was cleaned, one of the women would ask if it was cleaned to my satisfaction. I’m picky and I examined the area closely. If I found something not to my liking, the gal energetically cleaned it again. If you’re looking for a cleaning crew that is efficient, organized to maximize your allotted time and conscientious of the quality of their work, then I highly recommend Team Two. My experience with each team member was exceptional.
Shelly, the team leader, upon arrival immediately made me feel as if I was their only client and asked what was the most important area I wanted cleaned. She was friendly, professional and quite easy to work with. She even inspected the rooms with me upon completion and asked if I was satisfied with all their work.
Rosalinda, cleaned my oven to perfection on a 90 degree day. I didn’t know where the light to the oven was located, so she cleaned with just a flashlight. It looked amazing! When Rosalinda, would remove her head from the oven, she was dripping in sweat and smiling! Amazing!
Carmine, even kept me motivated to ferociously clean with her funny and easy going personality. As the team was wrapping up, Carmine was looking for more chores. She saw me wiping down some doors and lightheartedly said «Oh no, no this is my job security! I do this» and took over. As I was clumsily attempting to unwrap a 10×12 area rug, Carmine, immediately came over and humorously helped me unroll and place the rug. I will use Adrianne’s again and I will insist upon using Shelly, Rosalinda and Carmine.

Spotless! They do such a great job, I’ve never seen my house that clean.

We used Adrianne’s to do a move in cleaning on our new home. When the first crew arrived 30 minutes late they started cleaning. After about 1.5 hours they said they were done. My wife said there were still dirty cabinets, blinds, windows and bathrooms. I called and spoke to Carmine who was very understanding (hence the two stars vs. one) He had another crew come out to relieve the first and they got to work. They did a little bit better but still left several areas untouched. Carmine did do a follow up call and left a voice mail the next day but we were unable to see the condition of the house until a couple days later when we moved in. Carmine is very professional but the cleaners were not thorough especially for the $ 360 price tag. I will not be using this service again.

I’m writing this after having them clean my home twice. A team of 3 waltz into the house and immediately operate with precision, each person with their own designated tasks… brilliant.
I’m not used to having anyone else take care of our home but I’m dealing with an unfortunate illness that doesn’t allow me to walk much, so forget about keeping up with essential cleaning. They are very organized, super professional, and really kind. I plan on having them clean monthly and would easily recommend them.

I was very pleased with the cleaning that Adrianne’s team did at my home. The scheduling and options were flexible, with my ability to set a $ limit and what my priorities were. The ladies were friendly, worked quickly, and left things sparking, surpassing my expectations.

I feel like i’m in a fairy tale… four elves walked into my apartment today and an hour later it was sparkling from floor to ceiling. I was amazed what these gals could do. Definitely a great investment on my part as they did twice what I could of done and and significantly better than I would of. I will be bringing Adrianne’s back on a monthly basis to keep things shiny and new.

I have had Adrianne’s out twice. The first time I had adequate service but this time I had super service! I had a different team, team six.
My house is sparkling clean. I explained I had some antiques I did not want them to touch and they scrupulously followed my instructions. I totally appreciate that.
Pleasant people who are focused on their work. I had some special cleaners I wanted them to use and they were both flexible and conversant with the products.

Just had team #1 over to do a deep clean on our condo — I had scheduled the cleaning as a Christmas gift to my amazing wife, who is so busy being a wonderful mother to our two special needs toddlers that certain cleaning tasks just don’t get done. Of special note is a jetted tub/​shower in our master bathroom that sounds great in theory, but since we never actually use the jets they’re basically mildew collectors. I’m happy to report that the team handled everything that was asked of them with minimal direction from me, and the place is the cleanest it has ever been since we moved in. I will definitely use Adrianne’s again. My wife and I are very happy with the work. It was well worth the money spent.

A team#1 from Adiranne’s helped us with a move-​out cleaning today of a 2 bedroom downtown Bellevue condo we’d been renting. They did an incredible job. Lately we neglected cleaning knowing that we are moving out and that we will not have to pay for move out clean. Work was very daunting. They did fantastic work, with no guidance required from me at all — I came at the very end to check out the job.
I will definitely look up Adrianne’s next time we need cleaners in our house, no question!
I am pretty sure that I will use them on regular basis in my new home in Seattle if they will come.

I had team #6 come in a clean my rental house after two women left an absolute mess. I had bought a new dishwasher for them a year ago and when they broke out of the lease and left this past month, there was mold in the dishwasher.
How does someone get mold in a brand new dishwasher??? I don’t know. But that cleaning crew came in there and cleaned it up and made that place look absolutely wonderful. I will definitely use them again and I will request team #6. They are just hard working professional women and do excellent work.

We have been using Adrianne’s for over 2 years now. They are reliable, efficient and consistent. We feel they take feedback well and try to keep the customers happy.
I look forward to coming home after they clean.
