Joy has been in the spa business for over 22 years and is very helpful when you need a troubleshooter for your hot tub. She can advise you on chemical choices, parts, spa covers, accessories, and any thing else you may need help with. She is a friendly and courteous team player and you will find her knowledge of spas and hot tubs quite extensive.
