Shop closed down. Called number and person on other end said its been closed for 2 years.(2/23/2016)

Being a female it’s nice I can trust these guys. They are honest and use quality parts. I was really surprised how cheap it ended up being to fix my 2008 Lexus. I always go here when I need ANYTHING done. Go to these guys– they’ll give you the best price.

I had used their other shop in Woodinville on numerous occasions for oil changes and other repair work. In late March/​early April 2013 the All Pro Auto shop (Woodinville Location on 175^th) replaced a Honda Civic Hybrid battery at a cost of over $ 2000.
As part of this repair the shop indicated we had a 6 month manufacturer warranty for the battery and we purchased an additional 6 month shop warranty for $ 160 for a total of one year warranty on the battery. The battery was used and warrantied and we were told by the All Pro shop manager at that time that the battery registered no more than 20,000 miles on it.
In, August 2013 the check engine light came on along with the IMA light (which indicates a problem with the battery). The shop verified the codes as P1600 (IMA system malfunction and 1449 (Battery Module Deterioration). The codes were reset and they continued to come back on. The new manager of the Woodinville store, Josh indicated they would take care of us. He also informed us that they no longer had the correct staff to address and further diagnose the issue. So we went to a Honda dealer (and spent $ 200 of our own money) to confirm that the battery is defective and needs to be replaced.
We interacted with the Woodinville location on quite a few occasions and they in turn spoke with the owner. This continued for weeks (most of September and part of October). We had to continuously follow-​up to see the status of the conversations between Josh and Rob the owner. Multiple times, Josh the Woodinville manager indicated the owner would call us which has never happened. We repeatedly asked for the owner’s phone number to talk directly with him but never received this. All Pro continued to indicate they would address the issue and would honor the warranty, and have a dealer correct the issue since All Pro no longer has the correct staff for this type of work. Late last week I talked with and stopped by the Woodinville location, at which time Josh the manager indicated he spoke to the owner and that they would not be honoring this work and warranty.
This is no way to run a reputable business. I would highly recommend that you be extremely cautious when using this repair shop or any of their other locations.
There has been multiple WA state business licenses for this company and the owner Rob Peak. The most recent active one I could locate is AAA All Pro Auto Redmond, Inc., license number 602 648 752, located at 16 311 Redmond Way, Redmond, WA 98 052.
Update on 11-​18-​2013:
I have continued to email and call the owner to get this situation resolved and they continue to be unresponsive.
I also filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB has made several attempts to contact the business regarding this and just informed me that have not received a response either. The BBB also informed me that this complaint and the fact that it went unanswered will be reflected on the business’ BBB Business Review for the next three years.
So again, if you use this company at any of their locations take caution.

I took my car here last week for a simple oil change and tire rotation. While they had it, they called me and told me that my front brakes were worn down to only 10% life and my timing belt was overdue for replacement, stating that the manufacturer recommended it be done at 90k miles. Thankfully I knew better for the timing belt — I verified in the maintenance documentation that it was due at 60 and 120k instead. Already miffed about this, I went to do the brakes myself instead of letting them do it, and found that my brake pads were in nearly new condition. Not only that, but they cross-​threaded a bolt on one of my tires in the process of performing the tire rotation. I definitely will not be bringing my car here again due to the dishonesty and sloppy work.

Took my car there out of convenience; I don’t know a lot about cars so my limited knowledge made little different in my final decision. At the end of the day, after they fully «diagnosed» my car and «fixed» everything, my car not only has a battery drain, some electronics do not operate, if overheats after being driven more than 15 minutes, and the entire car tremors and grinds whenever I apply my brakes. I had just bought this car used and the total cost was $ 1,300 WITH all these problems. Not only this, but i left the establishment with absolutely NO mention of any of these… problems.

I have a Honda CRV with 10k mileage and needed the second maintainence named B1, so I called my Honda dealer in Bellevue. They gave me a price as 131 plus tax. It was really high, so I turn to AAA pro Auto shop, they just charged me 36.49 for all the items B1 needed.
They said they only need half hour to do it, so I waited there, but they gave my car back one hour later, this is the only thing I was not satisfied. But the stuff there was very nice, like your friend, so I will go to them for later mainataineces.

Rigo changed my oil and did an inspection. I trusted his diagnosis in that I needed new tires. (I knew I needed them.)
Great price as well.

I brought my car here a couple years ago and am just now writing a review because it still makes me angry thinking about it.
I had a car that was barely worth 3k repaired here for $ 650. I was desperate at the time so I had no choice. 2 days after my repair, my car broke down again. I brought it back in and they realized that they overlooked a problem with my head gasket and offered to fix it for $ 2000. There was no way I could afford that for a car worth 3k. I flushed $ 650 down the toilet and donated the car to charity shortly after.
They offered me $ 200 towards my next repair. Are you kidding me? My next repair? You think I’m coming back here again?

Have gone here a few times, not so pleased the last 2. I will not return. Customer service is not good, the place is very dirty, and I do not trust them anymore. Among other things, when they recently replaced the all the belts and itming belt, they failed to notice the leaking head gasket. Not sure how they could have missed this obvious leak. Wound up having a $ 1500 repair on the head gaskets 2 – 3 weeks later (common on Subaru at 100k miles) which would have saved me $ 400 on belts and timimg belt, which can be done at the same time as head gaskets w/​o any extra labor. They also failed to replace several other worn timing belts parts that are normally done at the same time.

These guys have always done a great job for me. They finish on time, do what they say they’re gonna do, and charge a fair price. I’ve been there for oil changes, brake work, and some other repairs. There’s a reason they’ve been in business in this location for years.

I’ll have to agree with the second reviewer. I’ve had nothing but good experience with them. They even take the time to do a full inspection on my car and not charge me for it, only asking if I wanted an oil change, on occasion. And I agree that they’re friendly and not pretentious at all!

I don’t know what types of issues the first reviewer had, but the customer service was friendly, like I am your neighbor and I like you! Not a phony like you/​interested in what you are saying.
I took my car in with the idea of getting my brake pads replaced, a tune-​up and an oil change.
The guy was like, we will do a brake inspection first, and check out the spark plugs.
I came back later, and he said I didn’t need brake pads or a tune-​up.
They changed my oil only.
In an economic down turn, they totally could have just done all of those things and charged my stupid-​ness of not keeping a maintenance log.
But they didn’t!
That’s why I am bringing my car here for my 90K tune-​up.
I will be there in 5k miles.

The guy is rude. It was a mistake to take my car to him. As soon as I heard his tone about (first come first serve) stuff on saturdays, I knew I was not gonna see this guys face again. I pray that he goes bankrupt and make some space for fresh air in downtown redmond.
