This is a company more interested in making you a repeat customer than wringing every penny out of each sale. I highly recommend them.

PLEASE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. not only did they have my car for over four months they wrote the estimate up wrong, did not include parts that were broken in the car accident to be fixed, then later said that the parts they forgot are too much money and they would not order new parts for my car. Several times telling me my car was ready to be picked up on a certain day would call that day to make sure it was ready because of all our problems we had with them and the car was not ready. this went one for a whole Other month. Needless to say after several months of having my car to fix a simple fender bender with my exhaust pipe broken .I pick my car up with trash in the back filthy dirty grease in it and my car still not fixed my exhaust almost fell off driving home one day cause they never put it FIXED IT right. I still, 6 months later don’t have the missing pieces that broke in the back for my car either. In addition we were never rude or argumentative we tried to be respectful to resolve the situation and being nice got us nowhere they just did not care

I came to get an estimate for my Mini Cooper that had back bumper damage. As I am waiting for my estimate I see the manager talking to another customer who was very happy to see her car fixed while she was waiting.
She was so happy with her car and it made me so impressed with shop.
As soon as he was done with her he looked at my car and went on working on my car right away. This is they type of customer service I love getting. Thank you for being so good with your customers. I am impressed :). Can’t wait to see my car all fixed up and I am more than happy to give them the business.

Well it took our car almost one month to get finished. They did a beautiful job fixing it. I just wish there was more communication over the phone to let us know the progress.

I can’t say enough about the level of customer service provided at Wyatt’s. I was in a fender bender on the Friday before Memorial Day and figured I would just have to deal with the problem the following week. I drove in to the Redlands shop and explained the issue to Chris and he said he could deal with it on the spot. And he gave me an amazing deal. I was blown away by the whole experience. It’s rare to find this kind of help these days. I would recommend Wyatt’s to anyone I know who has a large or small repair job.

This place is in the top 5 of worst customer service I have experienced. After waiting for three plus weeks to have my door lock repaired I picked up my truck key and will go somewhere else. Not once in the three weeks did he make contact with me about the progress nor did he make apologies for his lack of communication and poor customer service. They must have so much business that my menial job meant nothing to them but it sure is important to me. I also put some of the blame on my insurance company for recommending them.

I took my car to the Redlands location today and they repaired on the spot and did an amazing job with buffing out a scratch. Chris was great and I am so glad that I stopped to see Wyatt’s Paint and Body today. I am visiting from VA and borrowed my mom’s car and I didn’t know where to go and they were the first place that I saw and they took GREAT care of me.
