The Joint Chiropractic – The Redlands

I’ve seen all the different chiropractors here. I’ve also met all the reception staff as well.
At first I was terrified to go to this location because of all these terrible reviews. But I don’t want to drive terribly far so I went in and gave them a chance.
I am so glad I did because I have not had any issues or complaints what-​so-​ever. I’m not saying that a bunch of people are lying, but everything that was said — never witnessed or experienced ANYTHING like it.
I would give them a try if you’re interested and make a decision yourself about your experience.
Again, I was scared to go, but glad I chose to give them a try.

Dr. Rosie is fabulous!!! Never have I waited more than 10 minutes to see a doctor. I love their «Wellness Plans.» Great bang for your buck! Only complaint is, Once you get a doc. that usually knows you and your history, they ship them to another clinic, and you never see them again. That’s my only complaint, but I bet they have no control of this. Always great chiropractors, who are professional, and compassionate about their clients.

Dr. munro Is great !! My back was so out and he adjusted me and I feel so much better !! He was very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing !! I will be going back to him !! Also the service is very fast and the staff is very friendly !!

Dr Gallegos was wonderful and extremely caring and gave great adjustments! He was very kind and nice… I couldn’t say anything but great things about the man! That place was lucky to have him while he was there! I’m sad he isn’t there any longer!

I want to start by saying the very first time I visited the joint was this location. I didn’t have a problem but at that point I wasn’t ready to commit to a monthly plan. A couple months later I joined my fiancés plan and visited the Rancho Cucamonga location regularly. Never had any issues at that location. In fact I wish I didn’t move so far from it ;(.
Anyhow, since moving I’ve been to this location 4 – 5 times. The receptionist there has the worst attitude and he is extremely rude and dismissive. Poor customer service, unwilling to do his job. Just a real jerk. Wish I knew his name but I think he is the only male receptionist there. One day I came in and he had a whole chicken with sides at the check-​in counter which was disgusting and inappropriate.
As far as the doctors go, I really liked Dr. Rojas but apparently he isn’t there anymore.
The other Doctor I dislike so much I don’t know his name either. I just notice he isn’t consistent to the treatment we are used to at the Rancho location.
Long story short I will either be traveling very far to receive my treatments or cancelling my membership. Unless that disgusting receptionist leaves. I could give the other Doctor they have there a try. We shall see.

After reading everyone else’s reviews I don’t know whether to be happy that I wasn’t the only one mistreated or upset because there seems to be a lot of us. I went into «The Joint» looking for a second opinion on a treatment plan I was put on due to issues with my neck and upper back. I am fully aware that this facility is a maintenance only business but I offered to pay the Doctor for his time even though I wouldn’t be getting an adjustment that day. I was willing to pay him for services if he was willing to help me, which he wasn’t at all. I went in with X-​rays of my neck and he let me know at the beginning of the appointment that he would look at them no problem. We go to the back and its an open room with three adjustment tables (kind of a turn off because it doesn’t seem that anyone there will get privacy) and I sit down on one and he proceeds to tell me all of the things wrong with me just by looking at me, not even feeling my neck, spine, anything. At the end of our appointment I reminded him that he still needed to look at my x-​rays and he said that he isn’t going to because «X-​rays aren’t a service they provide there» after he went on and on about how he can help me. He was very rude and degrading in the sense that he was talking to me like I was a child and that I didn’t know a little about my own body. I informed him that due to my neck I get a lot of headaches and he corrected me saying that by no means would I get headaches from what he thought was my issue. The receptionist, Natalie was the only one that seemed to care.
***Long story short, don’t go to The Joint unless you want to be talked down to by a condescending, cocky, non-​sympathetic A**-Hole!***

They don’t want your business unless you commit to a monthly membership. Receptionist was not courteous over the phone nor did she seem to care about the pain i was in or that i could be a new patient. Her exact words were «we don’t accept appointments, we give priority over our existing members before new patients…»

I wish I could give zero stars. I normally go to the Rancho location but recently moved and was looking for a chiropractor in the Redlands/​SB area. I walked in the receptionist was very friendly and nice. I went back to see the chiropractor he spent a few minutes looking over my file then gave me a lecture about my infrequent (moving/​getting married/​honeymoon/​life) use of chiropractic care and how it needed to be combined with exercise, yoga and acupuncture. all of which I do on a regular basis. I felt totally judged without him knowing anything about me. His loss as we just moved and I was looking for a chiropractor in the area that I could see regularly. I do not recommend this place!

Good Luck getting past the receptionist. Apparently they don’t want my money.
I went to Redlands chiropractic instead and there were no problems getting in.

In Terrible Pain and turned away. Just walked into this place at 5:45p, they advertise open until 7pm and walk-​ins welcome. I regularly visit a chiropractor where I live and I know a basic adjustment will help me. I am desperate, and the receptionist would not even consider letting me see the Doctor. She wouldn’t even ask because the new patient rule is until 4:30p. I know an hour and 15 min is enough time to hear my case and adjust me. Most of my regular adjustments take 10 to 15 minutes. If I wasn’t in so much pain, I would wait until Wednesday when I am home again. I visit Redlands regularly, the Joint will not be getting any business from me. And shame on any health provider who won’t even consider a patient in obvious pain!

This is the worst chiropractor I’ve ever been to, they are only looking for Numbers, this place is all about profit, they do not care about the patient. I just got back from Afghanistan and wanted to get a few adjustments before heading back, he said «your not the customer we are looking for, if you just want a few adjustments then go to another chiropractor, we don’t want someone just coming in a few times every few months» those were his exact words. Unbelievable

I was in so much pain when I came in about one month ago, and now am pain free. Dr. Gallegos is amazing. He took his time explaining to me what the plan would be to get me out of pain. He also has helped me so much am grateful. The plan they have is great, I suggest it for everyone. The team works so hard and the wait is not long, but they make you feel like you are their only client.

Its a great concept for walk-​in, but seriously problematic that they advertise a quick in and out fix. Given that they have operate on a membership basis where members get seen before any new patients waiting, it made for a super long wait, with no real end in sight after member after member kept coming in.
I called before going to, only to be told that they are walk-​ins only and do not take appointments. After checking if I would be able to be seen within a certain time frame, I decided to go.
I arrived with only 1 person ahead of me, but then waited through 3 members being seen over a course of 45 minutes. When I was next in line, 2 more members arrived, bumping me back in line… after an hour of no progress, I left in order to make another appointment in time.
I like the concept, but it seems totally beyond me how they actually manage to gain new customers! I’d go back, but I honestly don’t have time to be bumped back in line over and over again.
Give new customers the chance to make an appointment!

Great program. You can walk in with no appointment, just saw Dr Fitfield who was awesome, took his time, adjusted me like 10 diff ways and was great.

I was a walk-​in and there was no patient so they took me right away. That was the fastest adjustment i’ve ever had, I think the actual adjustment (without the verbal explanations of what will happen) took less than 3 minutes. The chiropractor only adjusted my left side when I complained of body pains all over my body. Not that I am knowledgeable about adjustments but I am comparing it to the other clinic that I usually go to.
The place however is very clean and the staff were friendly.

I should have never went to The Joint in the first place! They won my business by offering the first adjustment for $ 19.99 then I got suckered into a membership for 2 months. Although the staff was very nice, I think my back may be ruined for life. I’ve never had lower back problems, ever, until now. The second to last adjustment I received injured me. I just thought that the pain would go away after a few days but it’s been about 4 to 5 months and it still hurts every single day. The fact that they don’t even take X-​rays is a bit concerning. Now I’m going to have to go to the doctors and see what kind if damage has been done.
