My wife and I cannot recommend Tanya Uribes strongly enough — we found her through Unilocal and we couldn’t be happier! We were new to Redlands and Tanya took the time to show us all the different areas and helped us find an area and home that is a perfect fit for us. During the whole purchasing process, Tanya was MORE than generous with her time, always staying on top of the Lender, seller, and escrow office. Tanya offered expert advice and listened to our concerns. We always felt that she was on our team every step of the way. Tanya provided excellent communication throughout our purchase, always keeping us informed. As if that weren’t enough, Tanya was an excellent negotiator and was able and to get us many seller concessions we were not expecting! You will not regret asking Tanya to be your realtor, and when the day comes to sell our home, she will be the first call we make.

Tanya patiently and thoroughly walked my elderly mother through the selling of her old home and the purchase of her new trailer home. Since I live far from my mother, the experience was very challenging. Tanya kept me in the loop and coordinated the closings with my travel schedule.
