Craving some chocolate and purchased some Chocolate chip cookies they have more dough than chocolate chips. I feel like I’m eating raw cookie dough cookies weren’t even baked all the way. They were terrible. I’ve been to the location in Ontario and let me tell you they are delicious. Whoever is baking them here in redlands really needs more training.

I was very excited to find a Rocky Mountain but when I found this particular location I received very bad service and very unfriendly ladies. These two girls didn’t do anything to make a sale. I guess I have to go to a further location …

Delicious, savory and fresh Carmel Apples! Their chocolates are always fresh as well. My favorite apples are the apple pie and sea salt milk chocolate. Very good customer service.

This place is overpriced, with bad service, and not charming at all for a candy shop. In buying malt balls, I specifically asked the counter person if they were flavored other than malt and she said no. I got them home and they had an awful caramel/toffee flavor, and they were chewy, not crunchy or crisp. I returned them but the girl said she would have to call her boss to do anything about the return. I said they were not as promised and stale. The boss said through the phone they had just been bagged and were fresh. So I gave them back and said I don’t want them, expecting store credit or maybe just a free sample, but no, she just kind of looked helplessly at me and said there was nothing she could do. They lost a customer over the simplest thing that cost less than $ 4.00. Returning customers are their business. Go if you want to experience an unfriendly candy store.

The employees locked the door 5 minutes before they say they closed. They wouldn’t let us in, they just stared. It was 8:25 and they close at 8:30. TERRIBLE way to run a business, denying customers during business hours

I am not a person that loves sweets like most people, however this place has very good treats. I love the bear claw chocolate dipped apples. They have a very large selection of handmade chocolates that are sugar free. I love those because they don’t taste like sugar free desserts. In the summer they have a good selection of ice cream.

Great little place, candy apples and chocolate covered strawberries were delicious! However, «Nessa» the cashier was so rude. Sorry my family and I inconvenienced you but don’t worry, thanks to her service we will not be going there again.

So it is no secret that I love chocolate, with that being said I buy more than I can possibly eat by myself. The chocolate covered apples with nuts are soooooo yummy! I never share that chocolate apple. I also have tried the Snicker apple, caramel apple, apple pie apple, they are all really good. Personally I would have to recommend you try a different apple each visit. Furthermore, Rocky Mountain can rock me everyday. Enjoy!

I love the chocolate here and the caramel apples. I’m never disappointed in the quality of their goods. Also, every time I go there am impressed by their employees, they are always so patient, courteous and helpful. I’m not sure about everyone else but I take my time choosing my chocolates.

the Chocolate covered gummy bears are the best! the sugar free ones are good too and even though they’re probably just as bad for me as the regulars it makes me feel a little bit healthier if I do he sugar free:) The mint melt aways are Very VERY yummy, I tried the coffee melt away it was just OK. They have a huge selection, there’s no way you can leave here unhappy! If you live in Redlands there are always coupons for this place in that magazine sorry I don’t know the exact name of it: /Since 5 Guys opened the parking here sucks on weekends but after 1lb of gummy bears some walking will do me good!

Love this place! Family owned and operated. My kids love the fresh caramel apples(so do I) and the chocolate dipped ice cream is deelish! It is conveniently located next to five-guys burgers and fries. Who wouldn’t want some chocolate after lunch? Only problem is that the candy is $ 19.99 per pound! ouch! Delicious none-the-less…

I’m obsessed with their chocolate covered gummy bears. Great location, near a phở & froyo shop. The store is never too crowded & the staff is nice. They do pass out coupons for holiday specials. I got a b1g1 on their candy apples for Valentines day. Yeah!
