REDLANDS MOVING & STORAGE CAME TO THE RESCUE, after the disaster with Starving Students. Not only were they able to accommodate our request but they did it with professionalism. Mike Jr. and Bryan were the men that did all the furniture handling and they did it with extreme care, in a timely manner and with a great attitude. Moving my 88 year old mother is already sensitive and these 2 men were just terrific. They understood that some items were delicate and needed special care and were very careful moving through the hallways and corridors. I would highly recommend them any time to my closest friends, family and business associates. Thank you RMS for making our move so easy.

Fabulous company! I highly recommend them! My office moved literally down the hall yesterday and we used Redlands Moving & Storage and we were so impressed with everything they did for us. We had a team of six men who were completely professional the whole time. They estimated that the move would probably take 6 hours and they did it in 3 ½ which was way cheaper! We also appreciated their great sense of teamwork. Good job guys!

I moved a 1br apt from Redlands to LA and spent $ 420 + tip. It was totally worth it! Jason and Jimmy did a great job. They were so friendly, helpful and very efficient. It’s the little things they did to make the move easier like disassembling my bed, reassembling it, shrink wrapping my couch and padding all my furniture that made the move so pleasant. Oh, and they were very helpful and informative over the phone. I knew exactly what to what to expect. Thank you guys for helping me!

Used Redlands Moving and Storage again and was just as pleased as my first two experiences. This time I had Jason (moved me 2nd time) and Chris moving me and they did not disappoint. Moved all my stuff quickly and without harm from Rancho Cucamonga to Covina. Also moved my motorcycle with plenty of care. The guys were efficient, friendly and awesome! Customer service is top notch on both ends: office & movers. Thanks for superb service yet again. I’ve used them a total of 3 times and each time, is memorable, pleasant and great! Hopefully, won’t have to move again for a long time but if I do, I know who to call:).
And of course, gotta give a shout out — LOVE those garment boxes haha.

Two different friends recommended Redlands Moving and Storage to me for my recent move. I decided that my friends knew best, as they are local and both have moved several times. Everything is top notch with Redlands Moving and Storage! From the initial phone call with a pleasant representative, to the confirmation call I received from them — to the fantastic team of guys that showed up on time at my house the day of the move. Team: Chris and Ashtin! They were super cheerful, fast, efficient, and wrapped/​moved everything with care. Added value: They both were great singers, and we all sung classic rock hits (Ashtin is killer with the Journey power ballads — LOL). They made my move less stressful and easier than I imagined. I am a fan and will definitely use them again, and recommend to my friends. Deepest thanks, Redlands Moving and Storage.

I hired this company to help me move about a year ago and had a terrible experience. Was quoted a price and time frame over the phone. I had three br/​2bath condo and was moving only across town. They estimated with everything packed it would take between 4 – 6 hours to move. The day of the move they sent only two men to move my whole home. It was hot outside and then move ended up taking over 8 hrs to complete. They actually didn’t even finish and we had to call friends to help us move the rest of our things. Most of our boxes they ended up stacking in my garage because they were running out of time and I was running out of money. I ended up paying about $ 400 more than what we were quoted. It was awful. Never again. The only reason I gave two stars is to at least acknowledge the hard work of the two men that came. They did the best they could under the circumstances.

Redlands Moving & Storage recently helped us move to Palm Springs and they were very professional. Jimmy and Dave showed up on time and were pleasant to work with, loading everything up quickly and then unloading at our new house in a timely manner. We were happy with the total amount of the move and felt it was very reasonable. I hope we don’t have to move again soon but if we do, we will definitely use Redlands Moving & Storage again.

We have used this company for several moves in the past and generally have been pleased. However, the last move was not as 5 star as the previous times.
The company is very good about getting back to you and does a fine job about scheduling. The front office staff is very professional and seems to be quite well run.
Pricing, very reasonable and competitive. Not the cheapest company but I feel they are worth the money you spend instead of low balling them.
The movers work hard, but it also depends on who you get. It pains me to write this because I had a wonderful experience up until recently.
Are there are worse movers out there, definitely. Would I use them again, possibly. I feel they did an OK job overall.

Awesome experience with this company! I contacted maybe 4 or 5 companies through online estimate forms, and they were the only ones to get back to me (day of). James was extremely helpful from the beginning and was able to get me a quote immediately on the phone.
Movers showed up on time and handled all my furniture with care. Everything was wrapped up and moved professionally and efficiently! I had two guys, who were big, buff and nice :) They were more than willing to help move around anything that needed to be. Great attitudes from them and great work.
Overall very pleased with this company! My quote was for $ 265 to move a couch, TV stand, coffee table, reclining chair, and side table from Redlands, CA to West Covina, CA. The move took about 3 hours and costed a total of $ 311 + tip.

Makes me wonder if the previous comments are from the employees themselves. They forgot a few of my things and tried to blame it on one of my friends saying that we didn’t want them when my friend would never say that. Had to debate with them about getting my stuff back. They tried to use all their legal tricks to say they are not responsible. The also said my street was too small so I had to rent a U-​Haul truck in order for them to do the shuttle up my street. Still haven’t received my dresser or all the nuts and bolts to my desk and bench press. I wouldnt recommend them to any of my family or friends because they charge regular top dollar price and don’t follow up with the quality service. One of the dudes were smoking weed (no lie) so that’s probably why they were do forgetful with my things. I hate complaining but they did such a horrible job that I had to come post on here.
