My claims adjuster from AAA came to look at the door and was not satisfied with the painting, so she called Padgett’s to have them come back out and fix it. They came back, sanded the door and repainted it. Looks a lot better, bumped them up 1 star for realizing their mistake and fixing it without extra charge.

I had a terrible experience with this company I don’t even know where to begin. At first they were so nice and seemed knowledgeable but the job was horrible. The quality of work was terrible, they broke one of my bed frames, they dragged all my furniture around, my brand new white mattress was all dirty from one side because they clearly dragged it around. Items in my house went missing like all 3 bottles of my Aveda hair products, my jucy couture perfume, my jambox, and a Dewalt drill. This is stuff that I noticed after that had gone missing the only item they replaced was my drill because we noticed right away and all they said was it must have been a confusion when the drill was clearly hidden in a cabinet under blankets and was brand new. The professionalism was terrible all the way up to the owner Mary padgett. She was rude, and unconcerned about the fact that I was respectfully voicing out the issues with the job and had not even one word of empathy to atleast say I’m sorry. She had the odacity to interrupt as i was telling her what was going on to say «excuse me wait a minute it seems like there’s still a pending balance. oh wait it’s taken care of, go on now…» I also had them come out several times after they had promised to be done with my house to fix problems that kept being half fasted. I also came to my house one of the times when they were working on my house to find papers with feces on my tub from the workers using my bathroom. Oh and should I say my house is not big I can’t even imagine how other larger jobs have turned out. Watch out with this company I hope no one has to go through this experience, it’s bad enough to have to be displaced from your house to find out that while your gone the company that you’ve trusted with your home has treated it as if it’s trash and on top of everything after knowing their in the wrong to not even acknowledge it.

We cannot say enough good about the Padgett’s team! We had a sewage flood and within hours of calling Padgett’s, they had a team out ripping up contaminated flooring and starting the drying out process. Through our State Farm Home Owners Insurance, we were placed into their Premier Service Plan (PSP), through which Padgett’s is a vendor… and have been so pleased. Terah in the office has been working day in and day out on our claim, making sure the proper vendors are contacted and keeping everything in line. Their contents team was so efficient and careful in packing up our things during the pack out. Each team that they have sent, be it from the claims dept, to the construction dept… all have been fabulous. They have done such a great job in keeping us updated as to how our house is coming along. Everyone that we have dealt with at Padgett’s has been super kind and caring in this not fun time. I seriously cannot say it enough Padgett’s has been the best company to have on our side, going to bat for us, and doing a stellar job on our behalf. You will not be disappointed with choosing them, especially if you use them through State Farm’s PSP.

OMG! Friendly, efficient but more importantly they are good! I use their services for damages to public entities and am very happy. Jeff and team keep up the good work!

I was very satisfied with the top notch service. I had been told by many contractors that the water damage to my downs stairs door was caused by improper installation of the windows upstairs. I called Padgetts to look at the issue. Jeffrey Padgett brought his water detecting camera to my property and also performed a water test. The other contractors were wrong! Padgett’s saved me thousands of dollars and piece of mind. I now have a minor repair to the door and not replacing windows. Thank you Padgett Restoration

They were on time, clean, and knowledgeable but it went downhill from there… they seemed to waste time when responding to my issues. I received a very favorable quote only to be told they weren’t interests in the job because it was too far (51 miles)!!! If they didn’t want to do the job, DON’T take the time to give a quote!!!

1^st thing you worry about when you have a need to hire a contractor is. Are they going to rip me off? Are they going to be dishonest? I am in the design industry. so working with contractors is nothing new. So many people have fears surrounding this for good reason. Many promise the world… but do not deliver!
This is where Padgetts delivers. They are so HONEST! seriously … not that common in this field. What they say is what they deliver. There will always be hang ups when your taking about doing a renovation, or dealing with a 3^rd party like insurance. .but dealing with a company like Padgetts is as good as it gets. Always reliable. Kind, respectful and quality work. They stand behind their name and reputation. I HIGHLY suggest them.
