I was recommended to CT computer solutions by a friend after my computer became almost unusable because of how sluggish it ran and the constant crashes. Windows uptate no longer worked and from doing some research I apparently had the conduit virus. Chad was very professional, easy going and knowledgeable on the phone. The repair process was quick and easy, Chad picked up my computer and dropped it off the same day. It seemed like he upgraded some internal components because it was running better than it ever had, everything just seemed snappier. He assured me that no internal components were upgraded and that he simply optimized my computer, removed several viruses, physically cleaned the Inside of the computer because It was having overheating issues,…etc. Simply put, Chad the computer wizard did some magic to my computer and it works better than ever. I will definitely be calling ct computer solutions again for any computer issues I may I’ve I the future.

I’ve used CT twice now, once for work and once for home. Both times Chad had me up and running within 24 hrs. He is very knowledgable on all things computing. No
problem too big or too small. He’s also fast efficient and reasonably priced. My laptop is running so fast now my fingers and credit cards are getting quite the workout. I will definitely call CT computer solutions next time I’m in need.

I was recommended to these guys by a relative, and was thrilled with their service. I was having trouble running an application and generally suffering from sluggish performance so I called them, and had my computer picked up and dropped off the same day. They really went the extra mile, cleaned out the whole case, put some great utility programs on my computer I was not aware of (like a program to update my drivers automatically), and most important fixed the performance issue I was having (turns out it was a corrupt registry). Computer is running excellent now, highly recommend these guys.
