Control Temp Heating and Air Conditioning was established on June 1, 1989 as a sole proprietorship with a small pickup truck and a handful of tools. Since then the Lord has blessed the business beyond anything we had imagined.

This company definitely earned it’s name, control temp, and the all 5 star ratings. Our house is comfortable year round now. Our heater motor went out last year and they were recommended to us. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough. They came last month for the annual check our heating and A/​C equipment service call. Found our A/​C was losing Freon (old system) and we needed a new thermostat. They replaced both and our A/​C works better than it ever has. No pressure to buy new A/​C system, just great service and good information. A/​C is old and will probably need to be replaced next year. Two guesses who will get the job, and the first guess doesn’t count… Control Temp of course.

i had a guy to do my ac and heating service and repair but he was busy. big mistake for my old guy. my biggest thing about hiring somebody new is (trust). it was quit refreshing to no that there are company like this still out there. no upsale, no you need this or this can happen stuff. evan was great. answer all question that i had. diffently give them a call. brian

This is not your typical «Big Box» A/​C company that is going to try and «nickle and dime» and come of with random «repairs» that are needed to the unit. They are honest, fair, and strive to get the AC/​Heating unit up and running in the most cost efficient manner. We have been using them for years and they are extremely honest and trustworthy.

Have been using Control Temp for a few years for annual a/​c service. Apointments have been promptly kept, service was thorough, assessments of system have been made and explained — but no upselling. A/​C unit of 15 years operates perfectly every summer with annual service. Spending a modest amount (even better if you are on their list for early season service discount) relieves the worry of broken a/​c on the hottest day of the year. Evan was very pleasant and professional. Will continue to use and recommend Control Temp. Thank you!
