Great local vape shop with EZ access to/​from freeway as well. I’m a little older and can’t stand going to a shop and feeling like someone who’s been left out of a secret. No vibe like that at all here. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff every time. I WISH this had been the store I walked into when I first decided to move from single use to kit! This place is just a totally different experience! This was the 3^rd place I tried after being put off elsewhere by bad vibes, lack of knowledge/​helpfullness, or exorbitant prices.
I can’t say enough about these guys. They have a strong loyalty program, good selection, good location, reasonable prices, and (most importantly to me), GOOD ATTITUDES!
Everyone’s got something they’re into hard core. Maybe you know everything about a muscle car when others just think it looks good. Maybe you can quote from memory the specs of the hot new computer when everyone else just gets «fast and powerful.» For me, I’m the kind of guy who thinks vaping is way better than smoking and I like my kit and I know what to ask for in terms of replacements. I’m not all into wattages and coil types and what’s new and best and hottest in vaping (nothing at all against those who are… just not my personal thing). So from my perspective as a dedicated but casual vaper these guys rock! They also sound like they could hold their own very well serving the more fervent.
Never had a bad experience here. Never been let down in more than a year by anything. Just a few dollars more than I can get online is big time worth the benefits of brick and mortar and the experience these guys bring. 5 stars from me.

I am a consistent client of Alternative Vapors. They have been very supportive and friendly. If they are out of my choice of juice, they will call other places and find it for me. Once there was an error in shipment from their supplier and I were out of my juice for three weeks. The owned it. Didn’t pass the buck and promised to make it up to me my next visit. And they totally did! I buy in bulk and they gave me a great discount for my entire order. Plus they ship too! Great guys. Great service.

Great shop! Small but very welcoming. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products and always have great quality RDA’S, mechanical, VV-​VW devices. This was my very first vape shop I ever went to and could hang out there for hours. Still feels the same way!

Consistently friendly and knowledgeable customer service. They carry a wide variety of juices with varying nicotine levels. Thanks to Alternative Vapors’ products, my husband was able to ween himself off cigarettes (after 25 years of smoking) and then off nicotine completely!

Awesome vape shop. I was helped out by Tyler; very knowledgeable guy, very polite, and super helpful. I asked for a nice coffee flavor and right away he gave me a few suggestions.
The store itself looks awesome. It has a nice atmosphere and vibe to it. It’s a little further away from where I live compared to other shops around me, but I’m definitely willing to drive the extra few miles to go here again.
Definitely my new go-​to shop.

Honestly, I stopped going to every other vape shop in the area because of how great this place is. I am generally a man of convenience. I would much rather grab something that is already ‘on the way’ to where I am going. However, this place has me traveling from Riverside to Redlands whenever I have a vaping need.
I had originally heard of this place via word of mouth and I certainly intend to further pass this place on via ‘word of mouth’.
There is no sense of entitlement from the staff. There is no ‘jeez you want to try another flavor’, or ‘you’re wasting my time’ or ‘make a decision already’.
Excellent place. 5+ stars.

Staff is informative and friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the shop besides the way they build. Just went in got a couple liquids and a build on a dual coil. I get that they were closing but when I got home and actually checked the build out. It was built as a single coil. And very poorly done. Probably the worst build I have seen yet. I have to take the build off and do it myself now. If you haven’t been to this place I wouldn’t get a build. Just get liquids and that’s it. Who knows even if you go in the day time an employee might be in a rush and jack your shit up.

This place is the one stop shop for Vapes. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Cody helped us along with Daniel and they have ALL the knowledge. I bought a high end Vape called the Magneto and a Nimbus together and this Vape is the best I’ve ever used! They drilled the air holes on the Vape for me! They also got it all set up and instructed me on how to build and rebuild the Vape so it lasts longer and hits hard!!! Great job Alternative Vapors!!!

Was my first time today at this shop and I had a great time. I am new to vaping and they were so helpful. Answered all my questions and explained everything in detail and even gave me tips on things I did not know to ask. Let me taste flavors till I found one I liked. Had clean sterilized tips to try on the tanks. I upgraded my tank and they did not pressure me to go big or waste money. They even told me not to buy a bigger battery until next time as I already spent a lot of money. Both employees jumped into the sale to give help and suggestions. Great customer service. I tried a different shop the day before and was not helped and felt hassled. So glad I saved my money and came here. Take my advice and go here for supplies and you will not be disappointed
Update
So I broke my take my not being careful. Went to in to buy part to get it fixed. The discover that I forgot to bring all the pieces in to fix it. Guy behind the counter rebuilds my tank and throws in the missing part all for FREE! This was an epic win for this business and they have my business for life

Good atmosphere and great help, the guy behind the counter didn’t know a whole lot but was very helpful to find what i was looking for, i bought a new atty for my mod and i was lucky the other guy didn’t catch his name but always wears his hat backwards, he knew his ish, and answered all my questions about ohms and what not and built my atty for me, and it hits like a champ I’m sure all be back here soon for all my vaping needs!

The BF and I were heading out to the desert for a wedding and mapped out some shops near the freeway to visit along the way. This was close and had good reviews so we popped in to see what Cali has to offer.
We did try some of their juices and ended up taking home Mad Hatter Swirly Pop which I have not seen in our city. Been a sucker for fruit plus cream combo flavor profiles as of late.
We totally hit it off right away with the staff. We found ourselves sitting and talking to Ryan for the longest time. I like to observe shops and noticed that they helped out people pretty well. One person had a problem and they tried to fix it and even offered some sort of exchange or refund from the sound of it. It was clear they were into the HEMs and probably we got a tiny bit of initial attention because were into all that too but I saw them helping out more newbie vapers with equal patience and friendliness. We talked with another guy there until it got busy and he was really nice as well.
If we lived in this area, I can see us being regulars here. Seeing as we live in a different state, probably not happening. We do visit the IE because my mom lives in Fontana and we definitely would come out to this shop again next time we are out this way.

Great guys — really approachable and willing to spend some time with you so you understand vaping and all the choices you have in juice and equipment. Great store for local experts and newbies alike.

I love this place, they always have a huge assortment of flavors, decent mod selections, real dope drip tips. The atmosphere is real nice here, really organized shop.
They treat you like family here, most other shops are trying to get a sale, not help… They help you out 100%
