We are a Detroit-​based family business, owned and operated by women.

Flamingos by the Yard was the first ever Lawn Greetings Company and we’ve set the standard (and the inspiration!) for every other lawn greetings company in the United States.

We began modestly in 1976 and, especially since 2001, we’ve expanded to include nearly 100 different displays. We can accommodate any event you celebrate and are the largest company of its kind in the country.
