Absolutely horrible! Trying to schedule delivery of a shipment is ridiculous, they don’t return calls when requested, you’re expected to work around their schedule (don’t even bother asking about options/​availability), customer service is not good… Basically, don’t waste your time or money. Go with a different company.

This company is a joke I can’t write a full review yet because they still haven’t delivered my safe. They were already paid so I’m sure they really don’t care about customer feedback. I’ve called several times and still have not got in contact with me about a scheduled delivery date. They lie to me telling me they just received my order but I have confirmation they received it 2 weeks prior to me calling. I if you need something done and done right you have to do it yourself. Very upset I will be writing back when ever they do in fact deliver my product. And I wish I could give a no star rating!!!
So I just got my delivery and let me tell you if you need something done do it yourself these guys were at each other’s throats the entire time moving my safe in the house. They showed up and the first truck lift gate didn’t work they brought a second truck shortly after. The guy yells «we have your safe». Jesus H Christ thanks for advertising what I wanted to keep hush hush. It seemed like this was there first time moving anything. I couldn’t help but to laugh at them, I actually had to walk away to stop laughing. Needless to say prob the worst experience ever. O and the guy kept saying «hey guy». Please take my word and don’t consider these jokers
