What can I say Roby is the man! I’ve been using him for years and he has saved my deposit a couple of times working absolute magic. You will not find a harder working professional. Roby is a miracle worker. He cleans all of my carpets: office, home, car. I recently spilt a gallon of milk in my car. It smelled horrible. Roby took the time out of his busy day to treat and clean my carpet. I appreciate that he has the knowledge to understand the different chemicals needed for different stains. My car already smells better. He recommended another cleaning just to get all of the milk out. I appreciate his level of knowledge with carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Roby is so amazing! He is so knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. We were able to leave to let him work his magic and he locked up afterwards. We have pets and kids, he was able to get all of the spots out and deodorized our carpet in our townhouse. So much that it looked newer than it did when we moved in! Okay so, you want to know the truth? There is NO COMPARISON when it comes to carpet cleaning, bottom line. Roby is the best, hands down. I wish there were MORE stars to give for Roby’s superior service. I was impressed before he even started cleaning the carpets when he vacuumed the house and put corner covers on the walls so the hoses would not mark the walls. He worked diligently and took the time needed to not only get out stains that other companies had failed to remove in the past, but also to pull out sofas from the wall and clean behind them. He is more concerned about doing the job right than with rushing through it. We look forward to using his service again next year!

Roby is so friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional! He went the extra mile to help me clean my rentals carpet. He helped me put up a light fixture in the bathroom, (not In his job description) and had a smile the whole time. He found ink stain and took extra time and elbow grease to help remove them! I’ve had both the tile cleaning and carpet cleaning by Roby, and he always does an excellent job. He is very professional, friendly, and provides quality service. Wow! no really… Wow! What a transformation! We’ve tried some other carpet cleaning companies, trying to save a buck. Not worth it! Its always some guy trying to get and get out because they’re probably over booked. Roby is busy too, but it seems as though he schedules in time, to take his time. He obviously takes pride in his work. We’ll never use anyone else… the difference is amazing, our kitchen floor looks like we re-​tiled it. He spent half a day on our floors for an easily fair price. I’m a customer for life!

The few things I look for when finding someone to clean my carpets is the quality and honesty of the work. There is nothing more aggravating then paying someone to clean your carpet, whether it’s a high or low cost, and a week later the old stains begin to reappear. I use Twice as Nice because my carpets are clean and stay clean and I can leave my home and trust that Roby will treat it as his own.
