History

Established in 2010.

Two brothers had a dream of starting a business together that values satisfied customers and a quality product over all else. Ron & Charlie Rossiter achieved that goal when they started TRUE Telecom & Surveillance in the Spring of 2010. Charlie has worked in the telecom & computer industries since 1999. He is well known for expertise in the field. Ron served 21 years in the U.S. Navy and studied business management at the University of Colorado. Both brothers were born and raised in Redding.

Business Owner

Charlie has lived in Redding his entire life and he loves the area. He has a wonderful family, including his wife Jessica and their 3 boys Jake, Luke, and Mike. He enjoys home improvement projects, coaching Little League, and golfing in his leisure time. Charlie has worked in the telecommunications and computer industries since 1999. He has numerous industry certifications including Microsoft’s MCSE and MCSA. He is known amongst industry professionals for his superior technical expertise and quality of work.

Charlie takes great satisfaction in helping customers find cost effective solutions to any telecommunications, access control, or surveillance system problem. He has travelled all over California, completing low-​voltage projects of every complexity and scope.
