It’s been about 7 months since my last post, I’ve gone in since then and the people are very professional and my packages have gotten delivered on time. The last post I had to ship a passport my sister in law forgot across the country, I did pay for express, I still didn’t know what happened, but I just decided to go with Fed Ex for anything that goes across the country and is in a hurry.

Honestly, some of these reviews are ridiculous. People have bad days we need to start allowing people to… The bad Unilocal reviewers do you never have a bad day. I’ve personally have always had very good customer service and if for some reason, which happens very rarely, that associate doesn’t know my answer they grab somebody that does. The owners are often their which adds more to the quality and moral of the store. People are always saying shop local, well here’s your chance let’s keep our $ in our community. I have no stake in this business I don’t have any friends that work at the UPS I just happen to work nearby so it’s convenient. They are nice, they take care of me, I have never once had a problem with them.

We have used this store three times and each time the service has been outstanding.
The person that helped us, was, primarily, Daniel He is friendly and has excellent customer service skills. If ‘Undercover Boss’ ever visits this store I have no doubt Daniel will be noticed.
We were also impressed by one of the staff that saw us taping a large box outside the store and came out to tell us that they would tape it for us.

These guys are great — excellent service, they’ll work with you to find the cheapest, fastest, and safest way to get your stuff from point a to b. The employees are all kinds of fun, too; you’ll find yourself hanging out and chatting long after your business is done.

The customer service wasn’t horrible, but definitely wouldn’t even hit the good category! I wasn’t given the chance to proof everything and once I looked at my receipt, names were spelled wrong! The staff was more concerned about some type of drama on the phone! I would recommend FedEx Kinkos in Redding! Better service!

The staff in here are the best, we have had a box with them for about a year now, and I still forget my key most times. not only am I always greeted by name, they are nearly always going to grab my mail as soon as they see me to give it to me.
This is good old fashion service from people who take pride in their work.

They were very prompt in service. There was no line. When someone came in they actually looked up and said hello… im totally amazed. Very quick! And way better than standing in the line at the post office!
