Great wings and burgers. Tremendous variety of sauces. Always fresh and always tasty.

I love their thin French fries and all the sauces are awesome. Wish they didn’t use styrofoam for take-out and would love to see more options without breading and quality sides. We got the veggie sticks last time and they were a rubbery mess with brown ends. Completely inedible! The chicken is always tasty and I’ve found the staff to be pleasant.

The chicken strips were super bland, and in the 6 minutes it took to get home, they became very mushy. The coleslaw was good, as was the service.

Really good chicken. Not perfect, but what is? Not big on the sides. Only recommend takeout. The place is too bright and feels almost inhospitable despite being new. Price is pretty good and chicken quality and cooking parameters are fairly consistent. Request for tips are a bit excessive considering that this is a self service. Annoying, actually.

Meh. Chicken was good but not amazing. The various varieties of bbq sauce were clearly minor variations on the same mother sauce. They charge for ranch dressing

3 weeks ago I ordered a «shack pack», 20 fingers with fries and 2 sides to go. I drove all the way home to find only fingers in the bag. I drove back to find another customer still waiting from when I left, his order was missing something as well. They tried making up for it with another order of fries, but at that point my chicken was cold at home. Tonight I tried again, my order was right but one customer had to be flagged down outside because a side was left out. I realize mistakes happen but the Shack needs to be aware of it. Otherwise food is decent, burger is really good too. The sauces are too runny for me, but they serve beer so it’s worth a stop.

High priced for what you get. have been here 4 times trying to like it. Garlic fries so far are the only thing ive tried and not thrown away without finishing. The chicken fingers were way over cooked and most of the breading had slid off during cooking so there wasnt much breading left. they were so tuff i couldnt chew them, just spit ot out and threw them away :( Then tried the grilled chicken salad. again chicken was so tough i couldnt chew them, so i pulled the chicken off to just eat the salad and there was tons of tiny pebbles(sand)in the lettuce, not a few but Alot. tried the salad twice with the same problem. which leads me to believe they arent even washing the lettuce or veggies. i have also heard from an acquaintance of mine the same complaint, pebbles in her salad. it is located in a convenient location for me, really wanted to like it. but unfortunately all I’ve done is end up wasting money, i end up having to throw the food away.

The food was fantastic! We stopped in for Tender Tuesday and we were not disappointed. The chicken strips were delicious and the hot BBQ sauce was excellent for dipping. I have a suggestion and a complaint after our experience, however. My suggestion would be to provide high chairs and booster seats for families with small children. My son was not loving having to sit on mommy’s lap. My complaint would be about the staff as we were leaving. The manager, I am assuming, was getting onto a worker about cleaning instead of doing nothing. It escalated to curse words(S*** and F***) and complaining about not feeling well. This is not appropriate for any customers to hear, especially those with small children. My son is two and does not need to hear language like that. If you get some high chairs and booster seats and talk to the staff about professionalism you will be a great success. Based on the food, the experience was 5 stars. I had to deduct 2 stars based on the innapropriateness of the manager or person in charge.

Have been here recently since my first review. What an improvement! The chicken fingers and fries were not as greasy as I had previously mentioned. The food was delicious. The staff are friendly as well. Will definitely return.

They tend to turn their fryers off at inopportune times but they serve with a smile, Ryan Bish is the best chicken fryer I have ever seen. The way that he drops chicken in hot oil is just breathtaking. If I could watch him make garlic fries all day, I definitely would. He always has a smile and he brightens my day. I will come in everyday just to see the beautiful face of Mr. Bish.

Service was awesome and entertaining. Was fresh to order. Could tell from the temp of the chicken garlic fries or fries in general are a must. I prefer strips over wings because you get more meat but it’s all good. 75¢ wings on Wednesday. Suggestion try to pick a sauce before you come because that’s the hardest part! Haha

I’ve been here two or three and I feel like I want to like this place more than I actually do. Overall, it’s pretty average. The chicken to batter ratio is good as are the fries. Unfortunately the batter is flavorless. I also think it’s weird they charge for ranch. Even Burger King will give me free ranch. I had the chicken sandwich last time and didn’t know when I ordered it that there were no condiments/cheese. I was pretty bummed. I could have gotten some condiments at the counter if I had known, but I assumed there would be something on it. It was a takeout order so it was too late by the time I realized. Also, it came with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on the side. The pickles were at the bottom and the juice soaked into some of my fries. Not great. I did like the onion bun, though. I feel like this restaurant charges for some stuff they shouldn’t and too much for everything else. Nothing special here.
