Meet the Business Owner

Erin R.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Redding California, Erin has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in small business management from Chico State University. She earned her Real Estate license in 2005 and began work with the largest franchise in Redding, Coldwell Banker C&C Properties. Among other duties, she served as escrow coordinator in the busy Commercial Office. Erin earned her broker’s license in 2010, and the following year she opened her own brokerage, The Address Realty. Since opening the brokerage we have continued to grow and become more profitable every year. The Address Realty carries core values of unmatched customer service and philanthropy to the local community.
