I have not had a good experience with this dentist nor his staff. 1) At the first visit, the assistant announced loudly throughout the treatment area some personal information from my chart. Thanks a lot, Gail. 2) At the conclusion of my procedure, I left the office and walked to my car to find that my face was still bloody. 3) When I returned for my post-op visit, Gail insisted on digging out the last stitch, despite Dr. Borchers telling her TWICE to leave it alone-that it would reabsorb. 4) When I phoned the office to check on a purple bump near the surgery site, Mandy, at the front desk, asked indignantly«why would you be looking at it?» Well, I would be looking at it to clean off the blood from my face, and«it» happened to be my front teeth. Pretty hard to miss the front teeth! Dr. Borchers dismissed my concerns by saying that it would turn lots of different colors before it was healed. It didnt turn any other color, but at my most recent visit, he expressed concern that the previously mentioned area isn’t looking as good as it should. The assistant said I should call if I ever have questions. Yeah, that worked so well before! When I explained to her that I HAD called, but was ridiculed and dismissed, she just laughed. Well, I don’t think its funny. With the $$ this office charges, perhaps classes in treating patients with common courtesy are in order! I am not happy at all!

Well, I had previously followed my dentist’s advise and he said floss. So I finally tried it and popped a quarter ounce gold crown into my hands. Gold at over $ 1,000 an ounce. I felt I struck it rich, until my dentist said you need a new crown and your gum is almost growing over what tooth you have left. Sent me to Dr. Borchers. He knows his stuff. In-n-out. Little pain compared to what my dentist is going to charge me for the crown. I do recommend this practice. Staff and Dr. work together and they are really considerate. But I’m never going to floss again. I’m sure it is some kind of stimulus package for dental labs. Oh, Borchers’ address changed 2 years ago to Hartnell avenue from that listed here.

This dental surgeon is awesome. He isn’t cheap but he knows what he’s doing and takes the time to do things right. I was impressed. Although it is convenient, I would not go to the dental office next door to Dr. B’s office, if they know what they’re doing, they are too busy to do it. I paid many hundreds of dollars for nothing, literally. The couple thousand to Dr. Borchers was well spent.
