Redding Tents and Events is a full service event rental company. We have the largest rental inventory in the north state and regularly work with local schools, corporations and weddings to create the perfect event.

History

Established in 2005.

Owned and operated by Robbie Clearie, of Clearie Events and Catering and Clearie’s Restaurant in Redding, Redding Tents and Events is the largest event rental operation in the north state.

With an experienced event planner and caterer at the helm, and event specialists with over twenty years combined experience.

Do not rent from this company. There is nothing worse than finding out, on the day of your wedding that your table clothes do not match! We rented 7 table clothes. The color of the table clothes did not match and one cloth was too long. The owner, Brenda, refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I will never do business with this company again.

Terrible customer service. My event was on a Sunday and they gave us rectangle table clothes for round tables! They looked like table runners, it was terrible! We asked for a refund because we were unable to use the equipment and the manager was extremely rude and hard to work with. Would never rent from here again for a special event.

We used Redding Tents to furnish our outdoor wedding at a friend’s farm. We’re from out of town (about three hours away in Sonoma County), so we came a couple months before and reserved what we needed (tents, chairs, tables, dishes and silverware). We made adjustments about a week before according to our RSVPs.
They delivered everything and set up the tents the day before. Everything went off perfectly. Since they are closed Sundays (and didn’t charge us for it because of this fact) they came back and picked up everything on Monday, after my wife and I had already gone back home. It could’ve been a real nightmare for us having this all happen without us being around, but RT&E was professional, helpful, and took care of everything we needed. We could not be happier with the whole event.

A huge Thank you to Tents & Events in Redding! The linens for my daughter’s wedding were beautiful! They were able to accommodate my last minute changes, and gave me spot on advice for the table sizes I would need for the event. Fantastic service from the first time I entered the store to the moment I returned everything! Friendly, helpful and they truly made things effortless for me! I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I rented table cloths for my wedding and one of them wasn’t the right size and I only had ordered 6 table cloths. Can’t even get a small order correct? My friend also ordered table cloths for her wedding and they only gave her half of them so she had to cut them all so they would cover all the tables on the day of her wedding. I would not recommend this place at all!
