Premier RV Resorts

Outstanding RV Park. Extremely clean and very well kept grounds. Pool was nice and clean as well. The sites are good sized and there is plenty of room between the sites. Very impressed with the staff. They were very helpful with any questions we had. We will be staying at this RV Park and the other Premier RV parks in Oregon and Washington. My wife and I highly recommend this facility.

We stayed at the redding premier rv park last saturday. Very nice park, trees some grass area for each site, quiet and most importantly ***** bathrooms! Nice private stalls and showers in one building and across the way is your own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet in one private room. Very clean, highly recommend!

Disappointing experience. Tried to stay in a yurt but upon arrival the rude manager informed us that she would be charging for each of our children and «we’d better not have more than 4 of them» ummm… ok. The yurt had a swamp cooler that didn’t work and the pool was closed. Why on earth would anyone pay $ 70 to stay here?!

4 types of RV Sites from Standard (no water or electric) to Super, which is what we stayed in. These are the largest spaces @ the resort, which are also pull through. Parking pads are super clean, cement, surrounded by well manicured grassy patches w/​affixed small acrylic picnic tables. Not much of a view, but could be worse. Simple grassy hill directly in front of spaces. Each space is approx 15′ from each other.
Staff: was super friendly & accommodating.
Community pool: located adjacent to the front office, open until dusk, from afar looks small, but clean. Didn’t use it, so I am unable to provide additional details.
Pets: 1 large fenced-​in pet run in the middle of the resort for our pooper & a small dog park near the entrance. Pet owners are provided a small additional welcome packet, which includes a treat for the boogers, small insert on pet rules & a poopie bag. Nice touch & appreciated.
BBQ Pits: not provided at the individual sites, but you may use you own or the nice one provided at the clubhouse
Restrooms/​Showers & Laundry facilities: open 24hrs.
Check-​out: at the standard 11am
Other Amenities: our stay also included Wi-​Fi & Cable TV, but I think the amenities differ based on the type of site you purchase. Unfortunately, only 7 of the 17 channels was watchable. Not one channels was w/​out some static, a rotating horizontal line or blurt picture. We haven’t purchased out own satellite dish yet because we really would prefer the type that you can use while driving, which is over $ 1,000.
Shops, grocery stores & restaurants: were all within close driving proximity.

This is such a nice RV resort, the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because their pool closes too early. Lol. They have a beautiful park, a nice pool, horseshoes, volleyball, ladderball & dog runs. The bathrooms are immaculate & very nice! We will definitely stay here again. A cute little gift shop & friendly people. Very happy campers!

Nice RV park! Prompt and friendly check in. Great pool (require 13 and under to be supervised — very strict about this which one could consider good or bad). Not a Natzi rules type of place which we appreciated (exception is the pool rule). There was a friendly older gentlemen riding around on his golf cart on occasion, but he never said anything other than hello. There were a lot of dogs around, so at one point it got a little noisy in the afternoon, but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning. This place is sunken down some, so you do NOT hear fwy noise or even see the trailer park next door. Lots of mature trees and flowering bushes. Large spaces (compared to some RV places we’ve stayed). Two small dog enclosures with gravel/​sand and doggy bags, poop pickup shovel and a trash can. Everyone was friendly when we were there. It was mostly full, but there were several empty sites. easy access to I5.

We had been at the Seven Feathers RV Park in Canyonville, OR the day before our arrival a the Première RV Resort on 4÷30÷15. Not only cheaper but BEAUTIFUL! Première can not be called beautiful or new in anyway shape or form. However, I can say that the ‘NEW’ sites are spacious and easy in and easy out. The ‘OLD’ section is crowded and run down with lots of full-​timers with rigs that are very old and run down, as well as, mature trees that will not allow Satellite service in every site.
We had requested the «NEW» section and was told at the time we made our reservation that one was available. When we checked in on the afternoon of our arrival we were told that all of the «NEW» sites were taken! Not happy campers! We would not have stayed there had we known that we would be getting an «OLD» site. Not impressed with this particular Première Property.
Look very closely to all of the reviews written here. You may want to re-​think your decision.

My wife and I stayed here overnight while rolling up after 8pm, to say the least, we were exhausted. We drove the 299 from Eureka and it was a bear of a drive with a 37 foot RV towing a Jeep.
When we got there, the office was closed but when I looked in the night box, there it was… An envelope with my name on it. Inside was a map showing us where to park our RV. After we settled in, we walked the RV park for exercise after dark and found the property to be very clean and organized. Lots of nice RV’s there for sure.
We will be back!

This is one of the nicest RV resorts in the Redding area.
Things I liked:
* Lots of mature trees in the older part of the park, although not in the newer section where we were staying.
* Wide pull through sites in the newer section.
* Strong wifi signal.
* Immaculate toilets and showers, with individual doors that lock.
* Free morning paper delivered to your steps.
* Quiet. Except for the frogs in the creek that runs through the middle of the park, which was charming rather than annoying.
* Friendly staff.
* Well stocked store.
Things I didn’t like:
* I’m not crazy about the location. There’s a run down apartment complex on the hill to the east, which occasionally generated loud yelling. There’s a run down RV parking lot to the west. Both had a bad and somewhat scary vibe.
* Apropos of which, where’s the security? I’d prefer fences, gates, and guards.
* Dog park is pretty small.
* Restrooms close for two hours for cleaning mid-​day.

There are a number of nice RV parks in the Redding area. We use this park because of its proximity to family. That said, it is a great facility. We use the big rig pull-thru’s in the newer section. The trees are still small enough in this area to not interfere with satellite TV. There are 5 super sites (they call them by a different name that escapes me) that are beautiful, but I prefer the sun’s angle on the regular pull thru’s. Many very nice RV parks along 5 & 99 are targeted by thieves. At this park, I park the dinghy in front of the motorhome where I can see it. I lock our bikes to the picnic table by our door. I don’t ride or walk in the surrounding neighborhood, but a great trail is available by the river. The mangers keep a good eye on things here, but criminals know vacationers often let their guard down.

Under NO circumstance would I stay at this park again.
First, There is NO security and multiple people’s vehicles got broke into, ours included. The victims lost thousands of dollars worth of electronics and things from their vehicles. They say they «thought» the suspect was from the rough apartment complexes across the street. hmmm…
Second, the «worker» help around the park are extremely disrespectful and ugly to campers. They have no respect for campers’ things. The owner Jim refused to do anything about it.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PARK TO ANYONE! BEWARE!!! You have been warned… ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I stayed in the cabin for 6 nights.
PROS:
Very clean restrooms and showers. All bathroom and shower stalls lock. The cabin had a wall A/​C unit and a lockable door. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The pool was also very clean. The laundry facilities were clean.
CONS:
There wasn’t any water readily available. I planned on using my camp stove to cook meals, however, I couldn’t find a place to wash dishes. So I ate pre packaged sushi and wraps from Trader Joe’s which was good, but not for 6 days. Then, a man came up and sat on my porch. I opened my door and asked if I could help him and he responded in a rude tone that he «was just sitting in the shade.» I called management and within 30 seconds a man in a golf cart took care of the situation. It was weird. Next, while I was trying to sleep a teenage boy tried to come in to the cabin! He said he heard it was «an arcade.» WTF?! The cabin is right next to the pool and playground and the noise from screaming children was epic. It is quiet after 10pm but until then it’s outrageous. To be fair it was a holiday weekend and the pool was crowded. There is only one plug in inside the cabin for phone chargers etc.

–QUIET!!!
CONS:
***parking not well marked (property manager got all huffy at us because we parked in his space which was NOT marked as «reserved» nor did it have a «NO PARKING» sign. This didn’t go well with hubby as we arrived after the office closed so the papers/​map they left us didn’t explain it and he was trying to get the tent up before the sun went down.)
–bathrooms close 10am-​12pm for cleaning makes it difficult for 11am check out if you sleep until the last minute
A clean and quiet park overall. If hubby didn’t get yelled at, it could’ve been a 5-​STAR rating.

We stay here every time we go into California and usually on the way out. Great place to stop after a long drive. Good facilities, nice people and no hassles. I highly recommend Redding Premier RV.

Nice place. We got one of the super sites next to a big grassy area. This gave us a lot if space for a couple of extra bucks. Staff was pretty friendly and the grounds were very clean. Freeway is a little noisy but that seems typical. Small playground for the kids, decent pool.

Very well kept, the yurt was wonderful. Would have been 5 stars but the woman at the lobby was a bit rude and not very friendly to children.
