The paint guys were great and helpful. The deco consultant was dour, difficult and downright rude! Weird! Even though I was the only person she acted like I was «putting her out». As much as I gave her– pictures, descriptions etc– she refused to be creative and give me ideas (perhaps because the second time I went in it was close to closing time? –as I approached her she even made a face and walked away.) stars are for the paint guys!

Haven’t been there for a long time due to poor service. However, after searching for a hard to find product and finding it nowhere, did stop in to look at Paint Mart. The first guy whom I walked up to turned and told another cashier, I’m going to the back and
left without any acknowledgement at all. (He was not helping another customer, btw.)
I could not find the exact product, but found something similar. Decided to vote with my feet and try some other places. Ended up going back and buying the similar
product. A person named Tim waited on me and he was helpful and cheery and I appreciated that. Just wish that was the norm and not the exception.
