By far the best dentist experience I have ever had. Norman JR and SR both were nothing but perfection, professionalism and care. From the receptionist to the dentist nothing but a great welcoming experience. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone I meet.

Our family absolutely Loves this office! Everyone is wonderful and extremely patient. It is not an office that pushes you in and out! You are not a number. I refer everyone I know looking for a dentist!

I have been very pleased with all my visits here. My very first visit was just supposed to be the initial visit where they get all of your history, take x-​rays and send you home. At the time I had a cavity and I asked if we could just take care of it in that first visit because it was hard for me to miss work and come back for another appointment. The Dr was so flexible and accommodating he took care of the cavity right away no problem at all. Also my 10 year old daughter LOVES going here and oddly enough is excited when I tell her she has a dentist appointment. :)

Our entire family receives their dental care here; great office, great people! I recommend Dr Norman (and now both Drs Norman) to anyone who asks me about dental care in the Redding area! I moved away when I was in college and made sure to schedule dental care during trips home! Both of my children are excited to go to the dentist– which I fully attribute to Katie (hygienist) and Dr Norman’s great care!

Dr. Norman has been my dentist since I was a little kid. As a result, I have never understood the fear many people have of going to the dentist. At 22, I have great teeth, not necessarily because I’m perfect at oral hygiene (I skip flossing and brushing on occasion just like anyone else) but because this office has invested time and effort into my oral health, I am proud of my teeth. I have only had one very superficial cavity, which Dr. Andrew Norman quickly and very comfortably dealt with when he noticed it on one of my twice yearly cleanings. The process was painless, and I even got to listen to calming music! I had to try not to fall asleep! Dr. Norman is the sweetest guy around. Recently his son Aaron has joined him in his practice. Despite Aaron’s superior education and great understanding of dentistry, he does need to work at developing a more personable nature. Although he is very gentle and amiable, there is less friendliness than Dr. Andrew Norman. Any good professional is made better by constructive criticism, and I am sure soon Dr. Aaron Norman will get into the groove of practicing with the faithful patients his father has cultivated who will never go elsewhere for their dental needs. Soon I’m sure he will be adding more great characteristics to this dental office’s already superb repertoire! This office also deserves 5 stars because of the professionalism and pleasant manner of the front desk receptionists and hygienists. Why is there any other dental office in Redding?! Beats me!

I have been going there since I was a kid, and it is a great place. Everyone who works here are absolutely friendly and well trained.

Excellent staff that is efficient and courteous. My whole family, including my special needs daughter gets outstanding care.

Most pleasant and helpful staff… Andrew Norman best DDS I have ever been to. Best with injections.(the bad stuff) did not even feel it… amazing! Can’t go wrong with picking this office for all your dental needs

Dr. Norman came highly recommended. He and his staff were very personable and explained a great deal of info to me. I’ll be going back not because I have to do so, but because I want to do so.
