Just the greatest, broke down coming off of Mount Shasta towed to this shop the only one open on Sundays in Redding. The chief mechanic was very friendly very thorough and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem that had been on going through two shops in Sacramento and fixed it. I never want to break down, but I sorta want to break down again around here. Reasonably priced repair by the way.

The only mechanic open Saturday and Sunday in Redding and excellent Irish service as well! My Tahoe broke down on I-​5 friday night and he was on it Sat morning finding an injection module issue. Repaired and down the road Sat afternoon! Great crew of Ryan and Cody.

My boyfriend and I are road tripping the US and we basically live in our car. When we got to Redding our car started making a revving sound when it needed to change gears. We were devastated thinking that our transmission was shot and we definitely didn’t have the money to replace it. It was a Saturday so nothing was open and we were afraid to drive to the next town with the transmission issues. We just happened to find Kelleys Automotive online and called right away. They were able to get us in Sunday morning at 9am and the man who greeted us and worked on our car was SO NICE. I never caught his first name but he was a taller man with a beard (lol). He was so helpful and nice and after looking over our car he was able to fix the problem WITHOUT having to replace our transmission and we were out of there by 2pm that day. After later talking to my step dad who is a mechanic he mentioned that this guy must have been nice for not screwing us over and telling us we needed a new transmission because most people would have. So satisfied with the service and how quickly they got us in and out. Would highly recommend them to anybody. ¹⁰⁄₁₀.

These guys are legit. They’re honest, prompt, and their prices are some of the best in town. I dropped my car off ready to blindly hand over my wallet. They called me shortly after to let me know the issue was far less than I had expected, and they had fixed it for free. THAT’S customer service!

I just had my van smogged there today and they were very friendly and fast. They got us in and out in about 10 minutes which was awesome. We had a miscommunication about the price on the phone through talking to two different people but Sean was very reasonable and worked with us on a price. All in all I would recommend this shop.

Huge thanks to the guys at Kelley’s Automotive. I have been on a 2 week camping trip and had a weekend auto repair last minute the day before our road trip home. I got nothing but answering machines until I called Kelley. He took care of something in an hour that I thought was going to take a weekend to fix. Thanks so much you guys!

Ryan was excellent. My car had major engine issues and had to be towed to his shop. Ryan checked it out and even though I did not get it fixed (it would have been close to 2k), he did not charge me for looking at the car, changing the radiator cap, and gave me extra water to keep refilling the fluid so I can make it back home. Very happy with the service and honest advice he provided. He certainly went above and beyond.

Ryan provided professional/​excellent customer service for my truck. It was a pleasure working with Ryan and he deserves more than 5 star rate for his skills.

We had a small accident on our way to Crater Lake over the Memorial Day Weekend. Since we were 4 hours away from home, I was frantically trying to find a mechanic but everything was closed because of the holiday. This place was a lifesaver as they were open on Saturday. :)
Ryan was very nice to talk to and very quickly diagnosed the problem with our car. We needed a special part to be ordered, so we couldn’t get it fixed on the spot, by Ryan was able to help us with a temporary fix that allowed us to drive back home safely. I’m very grateful for his help and wish him all the best!

GREAT service. everything one could want in an auto repair shop: open on weekends (if necessary), made a sophisticated diagnosis of an intermittent problem, communicated well and consistently with us, and fixed it very quickly once the parts were in. But there’s more … went above and beyond, actually delivering the car to us 30 miles away when we were unable to make it in to the shop to get it.

Great new business! These guys are going to be a huge success for several reasons. One– they’re thorough at what they do and they do it quickly. Two– they’re open on Sundays! Literally the only car repair place between Klamath Falls and Sacramento open that my husband and I could find when we had two of the brakes seize up on our way south. SO grateful they were there. Awesome waiting area too and they had us come back to the garage to see the problem and watch the repairs. Awesome people, I wish them the very best with their business!
