Meet the Business Owner

Daniel K.

Business Owner

Daniel Knott is Managing Partner of K2 Properties, Inc. and a managing member K2 Development Companies. He joined K2 in 2006, bringing more with him a background in finance and accounting and core sales and leadership skills.

Daniel Knott oversees the corporate direction and strategy for K2’s property management and renewable energy development operations, including sales, support, consulting, marketing, and channel alliances. He focuses on strategy, leadership, innovation, and customers. Says Mr. Knott, «It’s our job as a company to provide continuous value to our clients through innovation, and hands on approach to solutions.»

Before joining K2, Daniel Knott attended college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo obtaining a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in economics. Mr. Knott is also an active member in the Redding community’s youth programs and has a deep passion to positively impact the Greater Redding area.
