Bill Parsons did a wonderful job helping me find a rental property to buy in my kids college town, Davis, CA. Initially, I thought it best to use a local Davis Realty business, but after meeting with Bill, I realized he was the best man for the job. He takes his time to explain the whole process and the expectations for the market in that town. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and went the extra mile to show us all the options that met our desires electronically, in Redding, so we could be most efficient with our time in Davis. He handled each and every bump along the way in such a way that we never felt any pressure or frustration from initial offer to final closing. Would use him again in an instant !

Bill Parsons runs a small botique realty business of the highest quality out of a small professional office that he designed and remodeled himself. He is an experienced contractor builder, so he knows the building trades and electrical engineer, so he knows about solar and normal electricity, he is also a computer systems designer who has the most up to date computerized information, market anlaysis, economic data and valuation systems I have ever seen — so his opinions have been spot on on value and saleability of real properties, commercial and residential for the over 12 or 13 years I have known him. He helped many, many people obtain loan modifications or to get out of foreclosures by being the leading or one of the leading short sale specialist realtors in Redding, Northern CA area during the housing meltdown. I trust him with all of my real estate dealings and go to him for advice on how to manage my home property all the time, not just real estate, but refinancing it and when to do it, how to value it, how to manage the structural and land maintenance, electrical systems, get computer advice, etc. etc. He is a jack of all. trades who is bright, or even brilliant, and who is also a master of many trades beyond my skills in all of them. The best realtor team! Since we’ve met them, they’ve always been understanding and helpful. We’re looking to be first time home buyers, so the hard part is finding someone you can trust to find a home. When we first met Bill he began with explaining how this process would work, He spoke about buyer strategy & he let us get a copy of a house contract. He gave us useful knowledge to be more confident in buying our first home. When it came to seeing a house it was always easy! Either Bill or Josh would always be available to show late night and on the weekend! They keep in contact, they’re friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and they’re very reliable. The best part is they never made us feel rushed or unimportant! Parsons realty will make it easy finding your dream home!

Bill Parson is not all there and acted like a big jerk! He was very rude and self-​absorbed. We were buyers who were VERY interested at one of his properties listed, but after dealing with him… we would NEVER give him our money for his commission. We had put in an offer and cancelled it within days of dealing with him. Sadly for the sellers, this is one year later and the house is still for sale. Find another realtor to deal with. This man and his business does not deserve your money.
