This is the best place to take your truck hands down! You won’t find someone who knows more about diesel trucks than Joel, I’m sad that we moved away & now have to find a new shop! We miss you all at J&H Performance!

We had our Ford Excursion towed here after the starter motor went out on it. While they did fix the issue with our vehicle in a timely manner, I am giving them three stars for their communication. We never heard from them unless we called them. We made it known to them that my husband was working out of town and I was stranded at home with three kids and needed to be in the loop with what was going on with my car so I could coordinate rides to school, piano lessons etc. I was very frustrated with the lack of communication and when we did talk with them it was difficult to get a straight answer. I understand that they won’t know the exact issues right away, but at least call once you have figured it out and give a guesstimate on when I will be getting my car back and what it will cost instead of just calling me once you have finished everything leaving me scrambling to find a ride to transport myself and three kids to pick up the car before you closed.

They fixed my diesel truck and also alerted me as to a potential problem that I will have addressed and even checked up on my truck to see how it was doing. I would recommend them, they are nice guys. The follow up is what did it for me…
