Atmosphere is fine, but you know you’re in a casino. Our waitress Bobbi was nice, she was helpful with suggestions. We ordered and had to wait nearly 45 minutes for our food to show up. No one came to check on us in between. I had the pork chops, it was luke warm by the time it got to me, still tasted ok, it was $ 13. I ordered rice pilaf and mashed potatoes as my sides. The mashed potatoes were actually decent, even though they were cold-ish. The rice however was completely undercooked and over seasoned, and by over seasoned I mean you can’t eat it because it had as much salt as the sea. If you’re out here, I wouldn’t bother, unless you have no other options.

The service started a little slow but I guess they were understaffed.(overheard a waitress complaining) Lucky it was not too busy. The food was great, huge portions and my husband could get a steak dinner at 3 in the afternoon. Everything was very tasty and cooked perfectly. The prices were great. Give it a try… I think you might like it!

Came in for the Father’s Day brunch! Many empty seats and they still make us sit at the bar. The bottomless mimosas are now limited to only two. The price is very high and the service is very slow.

The new chef is amazing but if he’s not your server — bartender & chef you’re screwed. The new executive chef was out helping the bar when we went in a few months back; we had the most amazing bloody Mary’s — service & food, since then the experience has never even came close. It’s a shame because it has so much potential

Very sad spread today. In the past, there was a huge selection of food. Today, not much of a selection. Some of the food was salty. I have been going to Elements for years, this is the first disappointing experience. They charged a lot and we had to pay for sodas. I like to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas there with friends. I won’t be going back.

Been coming to Sunday brunch for eight years. This is the worst experience I’ve had. Slow service, they’ve cut down on the different choices of food and raised the price. Won’t be coming back for awhile not recommending their brunch. So disappointed!

Just got done eating here, and it deserves a 3.5, but more 3 than 4. It was pretty busy which I expected side there was a motorcycle or something show happening, plus it’s Friday night. Service was ok, but definitely on the slower side. Food took awhile and the gaps between server arrivals was slow.(Like between taking our drinks, then eventually returning to take or food order) not horrible, but it was loud so I wasnt really wanting to spend my evening yelling across the table. Not putting any judgment into that because it’s my fault. if you want quiet, don’t eat with live music. At least the band was pretty good and playing good music Food– great selection. I ended up getting a pulled pork burger with tots. Burger was huge. Lots of tots, but I was disappointed in my burger. I was thinking that the pulled pork would have bbq sauce on it, but instead it was mushy pork with minimal flavor. Pulled pork with the consistency of canned tuna(cheap stuff) isn’t appealing. I did have some pieces in there with some bite, but still no bbq. It was edible, but I’m not excited. Price was right. I’m beyond full. And it was still better than mc donalds

Sat at the bar. A little slow to order(only 1 bartender), no bread service or salads that were supposed to come with our rib eyes, but didn’t need it. Had to ask for silverware and napkins after our app was delivered. Steaks were cooked perfectly to order(medium and med rare) good grill flavor. Decent shrimp cocktail. Yummy baked potato and green beans. Strong horseraddish. Skip the mashed potatoes looked like it wasn’t that fresh. BF didn’t touch it. Neighbor had the special airline chicken that was brined with housemade gnocchi that looked good. The girl eating it(an employee) was having a foodgasm. Had the Sunday pasta night going on. Guy walking by with a huge plate of pasta made to order looked good. Portion was ginormous! Would come again if passing through Redding. Staying here overnight on the way home from Portland to SF.

Horrible service and mediocre food. We went to see the live jazz on the first Thursday of the month. The music was excellent but we might as well have been invisible to the bartender. We both ordered entrées. We never got the salads or bread. The bartender seemed to be consciously ignoring us. We finally got the attention of another server who brought us our main course which had obviously been ready for quite awhile(still no salad, bread or even silverware). Now we’re staring at cold, coagulated food we can’t eat because we have no silverware. Finally got utensils. Steak was tasteless. Cream sauce was skinned over from sitting so long. Potato was hard and cold… Long story short… worst service, perhaps ever, in my life. I will go back for the jazz but I will make sure I’ve eaten first.

Since I wasted well over an hour of my time waiting for my mediocre, cold food to be served I’m not going to spend a lot of time on this, simply put: when bad service, bad atmosphere and bad food combine you get WORST meal ever! I usually will always give an establishment at least two try’s before I post, but Elements was so awful I know I’ll never return. I had to go there to pick up my wife after an event. I don’t expect much from a casino so I wasn’t looking for a fabulous meal, just a table where I could grab a bite while I waited and watch the Giants game(but no, there was some local show about autistic kids playing lacrosse that my waitress wouldn’t change). I had the special, thinking that should be quick, wrong. It may have been actually, my waitress had obviously forgotten about me, my baked potato was so cooled off by the time she brought it that the butter wouldn’t melt on it, forget about the rest of the food, cold steak and lobster, yuck! I had already invested an hour and was a few minutes late to pick up my wife, so couldn’t send back, just choked it down. I wish I would have tried one of the many other fine places in Redding. I will not return to Elements OR WinRiver, what a joke. STAYAWAY!

We went to WinRiver for Lunch after a round of golf. The restaurant was empty, and had some kind of Taco Buffet going. We ordered off the menu. Look, I would honestly give this place 3.5 stars, because I think that they are above average for sure, but nothing to write home about. The smoked chicken was very good, with the cole slaw and pesto fries. I think the best part of the meal was the service from our waitress. Overall I will give Win River Elements another shot in the future.

Our server was very friendly. The food, however was just not good. I ordered chicken linguine in creamy pesto sauce. The pasta was swimming in the sauce(so much so that it looked lost) and the chicken was dry. When we walked in, the server had to wipe off our table. Most of the tables had not been bussed and were full of dirty dishes. No one seemed to be interested in bussing the tables. I will be eating elsewhere next time!

The biggest reason for loss of stars is the service here. I’ve ate here a handful of times now and it is the biggest flaw. They always seem to be understaffed even though it doesn’t seem that busy. The food is decent and the price isn’t bad.

We’ve been a fan of the Element’s Sunday brunch for several years now. Great food for a reasonable price and the complimentary champagne drinks and Mimosas are a fun way to spend a Sunday morning :) however, the service has always left something to be desired. In the past we just overlooked this issue but it’s become much worse in the past 6 months. What used to be just weak service and poorly trained servers has deteriorated into bitter, arrogant employees who seem to dislike their customers as much as they hate their jobs. We sat at our table this past Sunday and watched other patrons be rudely treated, poorly served or just plain ignored. Since we couldn’t get any service at our table either we ventured over to the restaurant bar to attempt to get a beverage. The two bartenders were in the process of completely ignoring about 12 others customers at the bar while they carried on a 15 min conversation with each other. At that point we gave up. Seriously doubt we’ll back

great service with the wait staff and food! Have been several times, always go out of their way to make the customer happy, and the food is affordable, large portions, me and my husband always split plates like burgers or sandwiches and they bring two plates with it divided and a lot of food, love the onion rings as a side the best!

I’ve been a patron at Elements a couple of times and the food has always been good. Unfortunately, last night was an exception. My girlfriends turkey burger was prepared with sour meat and it gagged us both. NOT the waiters problem, of course, and he promptly removed the plate from the table and asked what he could replace it with. My RibEye steak and baked potato were fabulous on the other hand. Fairly inexpensive, prompt service and luckily neither of us got sick from the not-so-fresh turkey burger. :(Will likely return, but will stay away from the turkey.
