Early Foundations Children’s Academy

By far the best childcare/​preschool in the area. Wendy and the staff are amazing and it truly shows that it’s a labor of love. I highly recommend this center. You can walk away with a sense of confidence that your children are in good hands. It’s like an extended family!

EFCA is the one of the best pre-​schools I’ve ever had for my children. My son did two years there and was light years ahead of his kindergarten class when he went to school. My daughter is still enrolled and loves the school.
The staff are all very professional and they love the children. The director is not absent from the school, but is actively involved in each of the children’s lives. If you’re looking for a place in the redding areas for your children, then this is it.

I have looked at alot of preschools in and around redding area. Over the past year I can’t even count how many I have visited. I recently went to early foundations and immediately fell in love with this preschool. They do zoo phonics, and they actually do it. Unlike a lot of other preschools they say they practice it but really don’t. I really like this practice of learning with letters in young children. The staff is amazing and their playground is over the top. I also work early and they open early and are open later too. My grandson is a very high energy little guy and he’s napping already after only three weeks of attendance and they always have something positive to say… I appreciate this preschool program and I know they are making a difference in the lives of our children…

Our children feel loved here. Entire staff know our kids by name and light up when they enter the room. Emilee, Chloe, and Chantel are beyond amazing for our infant son. We feel very secure knowing they are in caring hands.

My family struggled to find the right child care locations in Redding for our two children: 11 months and 3 years old. We explored every option in town and found many programs and locations unacceptable. Early Foundations stood out from all of the other options for their professionalism, friendly staff, educational program and clean and safe facility.
We have been very happy with our experience here over the past three months. Emily and Chloe in the infant room are fantastic. Administrators Wendy and Jennifer are very involved, honest and caring. I would highly recommend the program to anyone who has a high standard for the education and care of their children.

My daughter has been attending preschool here for the last couple of months. She really loves it, which makes me very happy!
The teachers here are great, and they take very good care of the children. The school keeps their children to teacher ratio well below the state requirement which I appreciate, because not many preschools do.
Everyday I get a little report card detailing how long my daughter napped, how much she ate, when they changed her diaper, what her temperment was, etc. I really love that!
