After taking the time to text photos of my hair and going to the salon on my lunch break and showing her my hair and everything was fine. I had the appt for 10:30 this morning. She calls at 10:10am and advises that she is not ‘comfortable’ with doing my hair the color I requested. She advised that, «my hair would be unprofessional at my job at the State Disability» WTF does she care about how MY hair would look for my job and WHY the HELL would she think I worked at State Disability?
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POSSIBLY RACIST.
It is a person in the service industries job to do the job requested of them, not to offer career advise. Do the job you are being paid to do.
I was spoken to like a child. Not a way to get repeat business.

I love this salon and I would never go anywhere else! The girls are friendly and do awesome work! I always feel welcome and leave feeling like a supermodel :)
